First and foremost Nate is a stand up guy! As other reviews said, he's very passionate about what he does and knows his stuff. Was very honest and up front about what needed to be done as well as expected cost. He was $300 cheaper than any other company that I called in town and the system was up and running within 20 minutes of arrival time. I don't know about you, but I value integrity and knowledge immensely, and these guys have it!

Nate helped my mother and I easily understand more about our home heating systems, sharing his great knowledge with us and addressing our concerns. I honestly wasn't very knowledgeable about furnaces and heat pumps. But, Nate's willingness to thoroughly describe and share honest information truly helped me understand home heating systems more.
Not only that, but Nate's honesty, relatability and down-to-earth personality is what will keep us trusting in him much more than other heating contractors. I absolutely recommend and will refer him to others in a heartbeat.

Nate was great and very professional. He was clear about everything when he came to give me a quote and I felt that he was very honest. It was refreshing to have someone who I felt was really trying to help and wasn't just worried about making a sale or profit. I unfortunately was not able to follow through with installation due to new life events that were out of my control. I have no doubt that he would've done a great job and provided me with great service. I would recommend him to anyone for their future HVAC job.

Nate did an excellent job installing a new furnace and air conditioning at my house. He was on time and very nice to deal with also did a excellent job cleaning up at the end of the job

Nate was fantastic to work with! Of all the people we had quote a new furnace/ac system, he was the only one to catch a code issue that needed to be resolved. He also recommended new return vents in our basement to not only help with circulation, but also keep it a bit warmer. On top of all that, he was the most competitive on price and was never pushy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

last year our air conditioner was acting up and we contacted Nate to come take a look. He was able to fix it for a good price. Recently, our old furnace went out and needed to be replaced; we contacted Nate. He came out and gave us a quote and was able to replace it quickly. We had a great experience with using Aerostar Heating & Air! Nate is super responsive and came out to our house right away to look at our AC unit when it was not working properly. He is extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced and even checked back in with us after fixing the unit to ensure the house still felt like it was cooling properly. Nat installed our furnace and AC 10+ years ago and gave us prompt service when the AC recently went out during 90+ degree June weather. He solved the problem quickly, was reasonably priced, and gave friendly professional advice on how to better maintain our AC in the coming years. Nate also gave free over the phone instructions to my wife on how to change the thermostat battery when the furnace stopped working while she was home alone last winter. We are very pleased with Nat's work, would happily recommend him to others, and will definitely call him for our future heating and AC needs.

Nathan was great! Timely response, and kept me updated throughout the day about his arrival time which was able to be the same day. Fixed what needed to be fixed, and at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend.

I had to call Nate on what was the hottest day this summer so far, he was very busy but made time to call back and even Facetimed with us so we could show him what issues we were having. Nate was very upfront about prices, the quality of the Carrier brand, and was detail oriented concerning what we needed based upon our house size, current duct set up, etc. He clearly knows what he's doing and we felt confident going with Aerostar for replacing our AC and Furnace. Nate was easy to get ahold of, available for questions, and explained the necessary details of our new system when install was finished. Would highly recommend!

I've used Nate's service multiple times over the years. When our old furnace started acting up just before Christmas he was very responsive in analyzing the system and suggesting options. We chose to go with a complete new furnace and A/C, which he installed just a few days later. He did a great job of the installation and explained everything to my satisfaction.

I have now used Aerostar twice for two different projects and couldn't recommend enough. This last time we had our furnace go out late at night and he was able to be at our house by 0730 the next morning and got our furnace fixed and running by 0930am! very professional and reasonably priced.

Nate was really awesome to work with. I met with several different contractors and Nate was the most genuine and knowledgeable. He not only had several suggestions for what type of system I should install, but also explained why he had those recommendations. His prices were very similar to the other contractors, so his knowledge and personality won me over. He was very good about informing me when he would be able to get the new system installed so that I wasn't waiting and wondering day after day. The install went very smoothly, with both Nate and Randy being extremely respectful to my house and family. I will absolutely be calling him again for future work.

Nathan has been my go-to heating man for about 15 years. He knows his stuff, tells me the reliable truth, gives options with my budget in consideration, and is trustworthy and nice. I let him in my home when I am not. This fall, my old furnace started having issues and together we worked through the possibilities until putting in a new furnace was the thing that made the most sense. He checked on me to make sure I was warm enough with space heaters while waiting for my new furnace to be delivered to him, and he installed in just a few hours. I have only wonderful things to say. call him.

Nate’s professionalism, patience and thoroughness are second to none. He was timely and efficient. Nate took his time to explain the problem, gave his recommendation for fixing it and completed the work in one visit. He then made sure to check in later and assure that the AC repair was functioning properly. He is Awesome!!!

Nate has installed a furnace and AC in our house. When replacing the furnace Nate stopped by Friday after work and was able to get the furnace to work until Monday when he could get out to replace it. This was even after several Centerpoint Home Service repair people told us it could not be fixed. Nate is very knowledgeable and his customer service is first rate! Nate also keeps several furnaces and AC units on stock so you do not have to worry about supply shortages. I would highly recommend Aerostar to anyone looking for HVAC repair or installation.

Nate was amazing. We were in a time crunch to get ducts and vents installed so we could list our house for sale. We called a few other businesses but got little or no response - Nate came out the same day we called him and we had an estimate for the work within 24 hrs. He fit us in before our deadline, he came when he said he would and the work was impeccable! Would highly recommend.

Nate takes time to explain things and makes recommendations based on what he thinks will work best for you. Nate is a very knowledgable, experienced, and easy going person to work with.  It didn't take him long to look over our basement area with the finished and unfinished spaces and give us a couple of options about where the outside unit could be placed and what needed to be done inside.  He also looked over our 20 year old furnace and gave us more pros than cons of NOT replacing that furnace yet.  When they came out  to do the install they were able to quickly troubleshoot a couple of issues with our existing equipment and did a great job in one afternoon.  I like it when an installer listens to the customer and is willing to give pros and cons about my own ideas rather than just say "Well, this is how we always do it".
