REPAIR WAS DONE ON TIME BY A KNOWLEDGEABLE , HONEST, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL TECHNICIAN NAMED CHASE. HE WAS GREAT! WE WOULD USE UNIQUE REPAIR OF BURNSVILLE AGAIN AND REFER THEM TO A FRIEND.

They told Samsung they called me several times and they never once did! Now I am waiting to see if they fix this. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance!

I had these guys come put yesterday and repair my ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator and the service man named Chase did an outstanding job and was very professional and through.

Very professional and efficient! They came out to fix a dryer which had stopped working. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue within about half an hour and the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Aaron fixed my Samsung fridge. I am thrilled with the service. He replaced my family hub LCD touchscreen and fixed my ice maker. This is a real review. He was on time and was done in under 30 minutes.

Serviced dryer under original warranty. I liked the ability to track eta through the texted link so I could meet him at the garage rather than front door. Technician was polite and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Exactly how warranty service should work.

Chase, the exceptional Unique Repair Services technician who tended to my troubled Samsung refrigerator, was--is!--professional, knowledgeable, detailed and courteous. Each impressively so. I was ready to replace the refrigerator, which originally cost me over $3k, but Chase quickly resolved every issue. Again, impressive.

I can't say enough about how professional our technician, Aaron, was today. He used the utmost care working on our fridge and explained everything as he went along. He went the extra mile to verify with Samsung that the board he installed was the most up-to-date version and even wiped down the fridge after putting it back in place. The scheduling center was also very easy to deal with and I appreciated the portal where I could track what time the tech would be here. I wish all appliance repair could be this good!

The service was great. Aaron was able to get out and fix a induction oven for us. Once the parts were in they were very fast at getting out to make a repair. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. Thanks!

Chad the repair man came out to repair a less than one year old LG front load dryer bought from Lowes that was still under warranty fortunately.(otherwise repair would of cost me 300 out of pocket.) While I won't be buying anymore LG appliances I would certainly work with this company for repairs again.

Very, very good service. After 2 failed attempts to repair our ice maker by other companies Unique got it right. He even fixed the internet connection to the screen that hadn't worked in years. This is now my go too appliances repair company
