We contacted AJ Moore Electric through American Home Shield to look at our electrical panel because we had some corrosion on the main breaker. The electrician that they sent out took his time in looking at our panel, and answered our other questions related to a few other things that needed to be fixed. He ended submitting to AHS to see if our main breaker would be covered. We were so impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to take his time to look at our concerns and answer our questions that we will be going with them to add more space to our panel, and will most likely have them trench electricity to our garage this spring/summer. We will be using AJ Moore Electric for all of our electric needs even if it’s not covered by our warranty.

I'm very pleased with A J Moore Electric's service and honesty. They are also very fairly priced and do great work. I had them do both warranty and non-warranty work, and was pleased with both projects. I saved $5,000 because the first company I got a quote from told me I needed a brand new panel and it was an emergency. When A J Moore came out, they said only a couple circuits needed to be replaced and the panel could be upgraded (eventually) due to age, but is in safe and working condition so it's not a time-sensitive matter. I will definitely use A J Moore Electric in the future, for both warranty and non-warranty work.

Mark was honest, responsive, on time every time (3-4 visits in total for the large project we did) and went to bat for me with the City and the inspector to ensure I got the work done that was going to keep my home safe, and also pass City code, but nothing more than I needed. Heidi and Becky in the office were super helpful with the billing and scheduling. I had two full panel replacements, and the pricing was extremely fair!! Appreciate all your help Mark!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Miller from AJ Moore Electric. Mike's exceptional service, patience, and deep knowledge truly set him apart.

Mike worked on a variety of electrical issues in my home, including fixing tripped outlets, checking the breakers, and checking the wiring of our chandelier. Each task was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. He took the time to explain ensuring that I understood the process every step of the way. His patience in addressing all my questions and concerns was incredibly reassuring.

Chris was dispatched through AHS to fix an outlet for a heating cable. It was a minor but difficult to solve issue and he stayed until he figured it out. This is the second AHS request I've had assigned to AJ Moore Electric and I've been happy with both technicians. The office staff was also very helpful in providing an updated arrival time so I could coordinate better with my work schedule

No call ahead of time on the appointment they scheduled and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. They did show about an hour later and fixed everything per the home warranty just poor communication.

Very poor service... cashed the check but never finished the job.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions about the type of electrical problem we were having I was asked to “use my expertise” and explain it to the technician. When I simply wanted to understand what the problem was.

Techs could not figure out a wiring problem and referred me back to the warranty company for a refund. I still ended up paying the $100 fee for them to show up and basically say they can't fix.

I had another company come out the next week and fix our outlet with in a bout 2 hours.

Terrible service. I do not recommend. He did not fix the problem and disconnected a wire to lose power to our bedroom and closet. Would not come back to fix what he messed up. Had to hire another company to fix his mistake. More money out of our pocket.

Take WEEKS to respond. Then make excuses as to why they dont. They dont fully read emails to find out the issue either. They just give a generic reply. After going back and forth since JULY...they finally come out in SEPTEMBER...they show up for about 15 minutes check the outlets repair HALF and tell me its fine then leave. When I ask them to repair the rest as it wasnt done the first time they again ignore me for over a week, hang up when i call (then blame me claiming it was my line then went down) Becky is horrible. She is the one who ignores you for weeks. When you explain Friday afternoons work she will just say another date completely ignoring what you said. She is RUDE overall and now 4 MONTHS LATER the issue ISNT fixed and they are refusing to respond. I had to have the account sent to another company. Beware of this business.
