Had a great experience from sales to install on our furnace and A/C. Our furnace was red-tagged and we needed a quick solution. Genz-Ryan got us in right away, answered all our questions (thank you, Mike!) and the install team was professional and efficient.

Yes, they are more expensive than other options, but they were quicker and took care of our needs right away. It was a seamless process for us.

I recently had Genz-Ryan install a Carrier furnace and AC, hot water heater, and water softener. Andrew Swenson was a top-notch communicator, very knowledgeable about Carrier furnaces, great educator, polite, and friendly. Cam and Ray, who helped with plumbing, were also polite, friendly, and helpful educators. Nick and Alex installed the furnace and AC -- they were organized, knowledgeable, neat, and tidy. Ben installed the hot water heater and water softener and also removed and tapped off my RO system; he was friendly, conscientious, methodical, and very knowledgeable as well. Altogether a great team!

Our furnace went out on a very cold night, and with a young baby in the house, it was urgent. Genz Ryan responded quickly, and Ben Hansen was great—clear explanations, no pressure, and he helped me choose the right furnace without overselling anything. He really took my situation and budget into account, which made a stressful moment much easier.

The next day, Laron Landy, Asia Faulk, and Tanner Kolle did an outstanding job on the installation. They were kind, professional, and incredibly thorough—Laron even stayed late to make sure the system would run correctly when he ran into some errors to prevent future failures. The workspace was kept spotless, the communication was great, and our new furnace is running perfectly. I’m grateful for the entire team and highly recommend Genz Ryan.

Genz-Ryan was a great company to work with. Steven and Spencer both went above and beyond to fix my water valve leak, install new parts, and provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend the company for any needs!

I can’t recommend Jay Nelson highly enough! Great energy, polite, incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was out to our house to deal with our furnace. He provided great info, the results of his inspection of the furnace system were simply explained and he provided options and recommendations without being pushy. Great experience!

Fantastic service from Mike H at Genz-Ryan. Great attention to detail. Mike taught me a lot about our furnace needs and long term maintenance. He even discovered the source of our old basement fireplace problem. Thanks so very much.

Steven Doll came to our house to flush out our water heater for a Genz-Ryan promotion, but discovered a few gas leaks(!) no one else had been able to find and a water pipe that was badly corroded. He showed us 4 different estimates ranging from getting 1 repair done to getting everything done and made sure we understood the charges. He was able to repair everything the same afternoon and worked diligently to get the work done in time for us to leave for a late afternoon obligation. He was easy to work with, did a great job, and went the extra mile to get the work done in time for us to leave on time. Highly recommend!

Mike Hill and Genz-Ryan went above and beyond to help our family in a furnace emergency while we were on vacation with freezing temperatures outside. Mike was professional, efficient, and quickly helped us find a solution to our furnace emergency. He made the whole process seamless and as painless as possible. He clearly laid out our options and helped us make the right decision for our home. We cannot recommend them enough!

Hugo and Jackysee took time after installing my new ac and furnace and thoroughly went through and explained what they did and what is new and what to expect with my new systems. After that they cleaned up super well and before leaving the house completely they made sure to circle back and let me know they were all done and leaving. I am super grateful for this company and the great work they do.

Ben came to look at our furnace that wasn’t working properly and quickly discovered it wasn’t reparable. He explained everything very thoroughly. Chris, Pedro, and Kurtis installed the new heating system today. They were all very friendly, respectful and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for everything.

Andrew was great and very knowledgeable! He was on time, courteous, and thorough. He showed me pictures of my furnace on the inside, so I could better understand what the issues were. He spent a lot of time giving me all my options, and the cost involved. I appreciated that so much. He was very professional and gave me a way to contact him if I had other questions. I’m still in the process of deciding what to do with the information, but feel good, that I have all that to make an educated decision.

Jesus F. did an outstanding job inspecting our furnace and AC system. We’ve had this service done yearly, usually through Genz‑Ryan, and the attention to detail this time was excellent. I appreciated the clear explanations and the thoughtful solutions offered for the issues he identified. Highly recommend both Jesus F. and Genz‑Ryan.

My service technician for a plumbing issue in my home with Stefan. He entered my home with a big smile, was very kind and patient with my little dog and got right to work. He could have made it a bigger deal than it was and charged me more money but he figured out the problem for much less expensive. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism and kindness. You have a great plumber working for you

Phenomal plumbing job. I had the pleasure of meeting Eulises and him taking care of the work we needed done. Very nice and smart gentleman. He answered every question we had and took care of every concern we had. We will definitely be using Genz-Ryan again and will request him on any future plumbing work.

Very easy, guys worked cleanly and were professional. Leaned everything up after install. Helped me find replacement bulbs for a uv air sanitizer I am using. Very happy!

I was extremely grateful to be able to get same day service appointment for my furnace which was turning off after an hour or two on the coldest day in MN. Damian is an excellent technician. He diligently worked on our furnace to diagnose and resolve the problem, no matter how long it took. We appreciated that he took the time to really understand the issue. We recommend Genz-Ryan!

We had a great experience with the team at Genz-Ryan having our furnace and AC replaced. From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Project manager JP took the time to thoroughly explain our options and helped us choose the best system for our home at what we felt was a very reasonable price. We had outdated units and limited understanding of heating systems, and we appreciate him walking us through everything.

On installation day, service technicians Chris and Pedro arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. Our house was built in 1900, and Chris did an excellent job explaining how the new system would work with an older home. We are especially thankful for his extensive experience and knowledge, which clearly showed throughout the project.

Making a large purchase is never an easy decision, but working with a trusted team made the process much more comfortable. We look forward to working with Genz-Ryan again in the future!

He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The service was efficient, honest, and stress-free. We had our first experience with GenzRyan today, and will continue to work with them for all HVAC needs. Our technician, Tanner, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain things to us and took care in his work. There was no nickel & diming - just high-quality, professional work at a fair price. We had a whole house air duct cleaning, and a dryer vent cleaning. We are sold!

We just had a new furnace installed by Francisco and Chris. They were fast, professional and friendly to work with! I also want to give a shout out to JP and Bryce who helped diagnose the issue and offer us affordable solutions on short notice.
