Got to the bottom of the gas leak(s) in my basement with knowledge & quickness. I asked questions he was happy to help me understand. Moe very naturally offered me their Membership Plan and upon seeing benefit, I joined directly.

Great experience with this company! We were very impressed with Craig who came to diagnose our furnace issues- he was knowledgeable, competent, and honest (a great combination of traits). These guys will definitely be my go-to for HVAC in the future.

I originally called a different company and found out they’re backed up for weeks so I gave Hurlburt a try. I’m glad I did. I like their use of technology. They send a photo of the person coming over so you know who to expect at your door. I took the option to pay on the spot so everything was taken care of when the work was done. Shawn is very knowledgeable and does great work. I had a spigot replaced, an access panel put in to get at the cutoff valve, and had him look into a water leak issue I have with a basement shower. He took care of the improperly installed drain in the shower and identified the source of the leak - another install issue. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer.

Ko V did a routine maintenance on my furnace. He called ahead so I knew when he was coming. Very polite. Very detailed in explanation of work that was done. I woukd recommend this company.

Diego R did a great job in a timely manner. Very personable. I did not have the option on type of service. I had electrical work done on my meter box.

Jeremy was on time, professional, upfront with information and conscientious. I could tell he has a good work ethic, and wanted to do the job right. No shortcuts. An absolute 5 star rating for Craig. The installation of a new Honeywell thermostat was done to perfection. This youg man was very well groomed and courteous. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I commend Hurlburt Management, if this is the high standard of the employee they hire, I highly recommend this company.

Tony did a great job locating a leak that was hard to get to and replacing the parts needed. He came out the same day even though it was not an emergency.
I'll use this company again.

Great experience with Hurlburt. I had an issue with my water heater and they came out the next day to assess the problem. I ended up needing a lot of new equipment due to the age of our home and everyone who helped me was very professional and timely. I will be going to them for any plumbing/heating/electrical work in the future!

I was able to get an appointment easily- next day availability! Jordon arrived within the time frame, was friendly and able to quickly solve the lighting/electrical issue despite living in a 110 year old home. He was upfront about pricing so I knew exactly what things would cost! Jeremy (and apprentice) were able to fix my sink/faucet on the same day, which was extremely convenient for me to be able to get everything done at once with the same company. Everything looks and works great and I plan on contacting again for future projects-would recommend!

Complete replacement of a 25yo HVAC system. Sales offered good options at competitive prices. Brandon and his partner replaced the furnace, AC, air exchanger and added a humidifier. The installation went flawlessly and the guys explained the equipment. Inspections also went well. Enjoying the new system.

My basement flooded and my gas furnace went out. Emailed Hurlbert and they sent out a HVAC technician within hours! Same day! Ko, the HVAC Tech, determined it was electrical, but still evaluated my furnace and AC unit, and made minor repairs to my AC (taped up the coolant line- he didn't have to because he was there for the furnace). He then arranged for a electrician to come in the next day. Diego was the electrician and very efficiently assessed the issue and fixed it. He then checked all my other outlets for water damage, and walked me through the evaluation. Both techs were professional and customer service oriented. They came in, respected my home, and got the job done at what I think is a reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again.

I was very happy with the work that was done. All the workers did a great job and when the work was completed they explained everything about the new system (AC/Furnace/Water Heater) and the new thermostat. Jarrod answered questions I had about some other plumbing issues and gave me an idea of the cost for repairs. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

They were very professional, kind, respectful, timely, and again so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did an incredible job. Very happy with our new furnace and AC! We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and I was so relieved to find a company that actually picked up the phone and responded quickly. Andrew, the plumber who came out, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue with our bathtub, and had it fixed in no time. It’s not easy finding reliable help on a weekend, but Andrew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We’re so grateful for the fast and friendly service—highly recommend!

Ali T was at my house today to answer a few questions I had regarding my boiler/heating system. He was very knowledgeable came up with suggestions and ideas on how to improve its performance. He was far and away the best heating guy I have had look at my boiler in many years.
Hurlburt and Ali are at the top of my call list for any heating issue.

Jeff Finke did an excellent job for us. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers and politely introduced himself. He very efficiently reconnected our humidifier which the furnace installers failed to do. He improved the performance by installing a digital humidifier control. He was finished in only an hour. Great job Jeff! Thank you. Pictures attached.

Jared is a reason we keep coming back. He installed our boiler a couple of years ago, and when it suddenly quit on Thanksgiving Day of all days, he didn’t hesitate; he was out and about and still made the time to swing over and get us back up and running. That kind of reliability is rare. He knows the system inside and out, and he had the issue diagnosed and fixed fast. Friendly, steady, and absolutely dependable. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend asking for Jared!

I booked an appointment online last night and then called this morning and told Rebecca that my issue was time sensitive. Charlies was out in 90 minutes and was extremely helpful and had the issue resolved in 45 minutes. Very appreciative of this great company.
