Great service. Installer was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. He exceeded my expectations.

Like others, they do water replacement estimates over the phone, but they sell the brand we wanted (Rheem), the intake person answered all my questions, and was up front about the possible need for additonal work to compliance with changes to city building codes. No surprises. The installation guy did good work. No complaints at all. Super fast. I called in the morning and they installed it that same day. I would not hesitate to hire Water Heaters Now again.

Our 2019 Rheem 50gal water heater started leaking on us during dinner time. It's cold winter and we expected a snow storm. Water Heater Now did great answering me right away and ask for pictures to help get some pre-work done prior to appointment. Which I appreciate the time and willingness to respond to me so late. This help prepare them and to be ready to make a replacement. Gave me a fair quote and possible additional fees if certain parts were needed. Which was fair for them to give me a heads up. We did have to reschedule due to snow storm, but they were diligent about making sure they see us first the next day. But I did contact 3 other company prior and they couldn't do it any sooner under the circumstances (snow) or pricing was just too much. They came in and checked old water heater, removed it, bought in new one and ran tests. All done within an hour and a half. Easy check payment accepted. Got an email of invoice and permit notice for me to schedule city inspection. All very smooth and done well. Completely satisfied!

Worked with Jon to diagnose a DIY fix, plus price out a replacement. There aren't many service companies willing to talk through options with you, especially if they aren't all in their best interest.

We talked multiple times over the span of a day and not once did I feel as a burden or wasting time even though I surely asked one or two pretty bad questions.

In the end, we didn't need the service BUT they're the only folks I'm going to call going forward when it's time to replace. And like only a few other special brands out there, I've already told a number of folks about WHN.

Top service throughout the whole process from the initial contact, to helping me decide to switch from a tank to an on-demand tankless water heater, to dealing with the quote, and the technicians professionalism while in my home, to even a follow-up visit. We called on a Friday morning and they were able to install a new water heater that afternoon.They took care of the permit and brought everything up to code. The representative and the tech were both very professional. Their prices were reasonable. We are very happy with our choice to use this company.

Water Heaters Now are the saviors! One may think that the initial visit/service call fee quote may higher than other vendors, but WHN arranged to get a service guy in 2 hrs of my urgent call while another vendor could send someone in only the next day. WHN checked back on me for each details before proceeding to the next task such as whether this has HO insurance implication or not which I appreciated. After examining the old HO and deemed better to replace it to a new one rather than servicing 11yr old model, a new model came within 1hr and all installed. By our dinner time, the new HO was functioning100%. WHN people are so quick to get the manufacturer's warranty, city inspection application, and energy rebate filing, all of which went so smoothly and quickly and the new HO passed the city inspection. I say they are reliable and helped me with all the necessary steps in an efficient manner. I'd recommend them for any water heater repair/installation need.

It turned out the water heater was not leaking. The technician did a simple test by removing the access plate and putting his fingers in the bottom, inside the water heater shell. They were dry. He explained that the water heater tank was contained inside of an insulated shell. He then demonstrated that the water around the drain, that appeared to come from the water heater, was actually from the water softener draining and it causing splahing during the softener regeneration cycle. The replacement call was changed to a service call as a result.

If/when we do need a new water heater we will definitely call Water Heaters Now!

I wanted to thank Water Heaters Now! for posting a great how-to descale and clean out my Navien water heater.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with the folks at Water Heaters Now. Below is the summary of our experience.

Short version:
They took out our old tank water heater and installed a new tankless unit. Communication, expectations, quality of work and follow-up were all outstanding. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Water Heaters Now for tankless installation with no hesitation whatsoever.

Longer version (in case you're like me and want to know the particulars of what you might expect):

SCHEDULING — I called their main number expecting to schedule someone to come out for $79 service call to inspect the basement and give us a quote. That's what the previous two companies I spoke with did when I was getting estimates and evaluating whether I wanted them to do the work based on the first part of the process. To my surprise, they did not end up needing to do a pre-installation visit to provide the quote. What's more, I felt more confident in the quote I from Gabriel, the guy who answered the phone, than the other estimates I got from people who actually came to the house. Gabriel was very relaxed, not pushy in the slightest, and asked tons of questions, which I really appreciated. We chatted for about 20 minutes, he answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them, being a research junkie who'd done a lot of reading about switching from a tank water heater to a tankless), and he was able to give me a tentative quote for the installing a tankless unit. He asked if I could take pictures of the old water heater, the spot we wanted to put the new one. the water coming into the house and the pipes leading to both the old spot and the new spot. He said that he would review the pictures with one of the senior installers to verify whether the tentative quote and required services were accurate and get back to me. I heard back from him within the day that they were confident in the quote. My wife and I took a day to think about it, then scheduled the install. I really, really appreciated Gabriel's knowledge, his easy, no pressure manner, and the fact that I was able to get a quote that I was extremely confident in without having to have a pre-install home visit.

INSTALL — Nate and Jay were our installers, Nate being the senior installer of the two. I got a text message twenty minutes before the scheduled start time letting me know that they were on their way. They showed up exactly on time. The first thing Nate did was come in, check out the site and review all the work that was planned to see if there were any unforeseen issues that got missed in the pictures or scheduling conversations. There were none, and he then walked me through the plan of what they were going to do, when during the morning they'd be shutting off the water, and how he'd let me know if he needed me to do anything during the process. I checked in downstairs a few times to see how things were going, because I was curious, and Nate took time to explain what they'd done and what they were about to do. The install went smoothly, and from tool load-in to tool load-out was about three hours. The last step was that he walked my wife and I through a quick demo of the unit, and explained their policy of scheduling the first complimentary annual descaling/cleaning of the unit, and that it's done as a teaching appointment so homeowners feel comfortable and confident doing it themselves if they wish. Lastly, Nate pointed out that there was a very, very small leak in one of our gas pipes (which I'd just recently become aware of). As part of the install, they check not only the gas pipe they install to make sure they're properly sealed, but also the existing pipes. He said that if I wanted him to, he could fix it right then, but it was a no-pressure, no obligation statement. I did ask him to fix it, and he had that done in about a half hour.

FOLLOWUP — We had some issues that required a couple follow-up visits, but they got it figured out, made it right and made sure that we were happy. Thanks so much, everyone!

Water Heaters Now responded immediately to my inquiry. They were able to get our new water heater installed and refresh parts on the other one (we have 2 water heaters run in series) promptly. Their technician was very informed and did excellent work. Best of all, they were less than half the price quoted to me by one of the competitors who advertises on TV a lot. I highly recommend Water Heaters Now.

I normally don’t write but in this case I have to. Jake and Aidan are amazing. I just bought a townhouse and needed an new water heater. I looked at a lot of different companies to have one installed. Unfortunately I had no luck until I spoke with Jon over the phone and immediately realize I had the right spot. Jon was so nice and informational I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything that ultimately decided for me. Thank you very much Jon. Now for Jake and Aiden unbelievable service these guys rock. The initial spot for the water heater was going didn’t really work and we were able to relocate it to the opposite side of the room and it works great. Great service! I called them at about 4PM and they arrived about 7:30AM the next day in a shiny new van and were done installing my new Bradford White Hydrojet Water Heater by 9:30AM. They were wearing masks and put down runners to protect the flooring. Very tidy and efficient!

Called this morning early checking out three different quotes for water heater repair. Water heaters now came in 200+ below the other estimates and also was the only place to address the year of the heater relative to MN requirements for union/cutoffs (Water heater was pre-2017).

When we called to discuss our need for a new water heater, we were immediately asked for photos, and they were quickly able to determine that our electric heater needed to be upgraded to a new type of heater with a heat pump. After asking a lot of questions about cost savings in electricity, as well as being told about some government and electric company rebates, we learned that the cost was going to be a lot less over time, even if we moved forward with this new heater. I scheduled us two days later and arrived on time, explained the process, and quickly went to work and finished exactly when they said they would. The experience was very simple and although more expensive than we had originally planned, the long-term savings will make the cost much less. We really appreciated their service!

Water Heaters Now replaced a 50 gallon hot water heater. Communication was fast and they were able to come out the next day after I contacted them. They worked quickly and were very thoroughly and neatly completed the job. Price was very competitive with other bids. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Water Heaters Now. I tried two other companies that never bothered to even call me back. So much for same day service if you call before 2pm. Water Heaters Now not only answered the phone but attempted to help me diagnose the problem to see if I needed their services. I had a technician out with in a few hours. My new Water heater was a little tricky since I live on top floor of condo. Aiden did a great job. He was very professional. Price was better than expected. Very happy with my new water heater.
