Yesterday I was running my garbage disposal when I heard a pop and suddenly half the power in my house was out. But when I checked the electrical boxes I found no tripped circuit breakers, so I was confused. I called Larry at Robb's, and within minutes he figured out my problem and had a City utility crew in my front yard working to fix it.

No bill from Robb's.

What more could I ask for?

Can’t recommend Robb’s Electric enough. Guys were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and did great work. We are already planning on more projects for them to do since it was such an easy process.

I called Robbs in Carver on Friday. On Monday everything was better than new by 2 pm. No mess. The actual work time was about ten minutes.

Was told our hot tub was going to be delivered and called many electricians most were booked out for months I spoke with Jason on Wednesday hot tub was delivered on Thursday afternoon and they hooked up the hot tub Friday morning the price was the same as other quotes I had gotten for a scheduled install. Luke was the electrician that came out and I was very impressed with his professional and clean work I will call them again for any other electrical work needing to be done.

Hired them to install electrical wiring into the living room. They responded to my voicemail within a few hours , came out to do the job within days and installed new wiring in less than 2 hours . The technician that came out was respectful and polite . He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed . I would definitely hire them again to do electrical work around my house.

I have used Robb’s multiple times over the past few years. They are responsible (don’t be afraid to leave voicemail, they are busy, they will call you back), professional, and quick to come to your location. I will use them again and again in the future! Good people providing good service.

Charlie is awesome and always there when you call. He’s a very knowledgeable person and will never disappoint on any projects thrown at him. He’s willing to go beyond to satisfy his customers, even if it requires to work weekends to hit deadlines. 💯

Outrageous pricing!!! Charged us an enormous amount and never even told us what they did!!!

I had several outlets not working & called Robbs. They stated that the charge would be $150 for the first hour.

The tech came out, and fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and he said that I had some time left on my hourly charge of $150. I asked him to change some can lights, which he did, and we both agreed that he was there for 49 minutes.

I thought that I'd be charged $150, but got a bill for $215. I called them, and the lady said that the additional charges were for "travel" time and "documentation" time. IOW, I was paying for the time from when he left the shop to travel to my house, and the time he sat in his truck after the job to send in his report. Neither of these were mentioned when I made the appointment.

BEWARE: if it takes the tech 45 minutes to leave the shop, or another job, before arriving at your location, you will be charged for it. When he shows up, you'll only have 15 minutes left of your first hourly charge of $150!!

I complained when I called, and the charge was dropped to $180, which is still not the $150 that I was expecting.

The tech did good work, but I will not be using this company again.
