Eugene repaired a leaky bathroom faucet promptly and efficiently. He noticed a hard water concern and checked our water. Softener was not working properly. As it was older, we had him replace it. Installation was very professional and priced fairly. He is a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend him.

I recently was ripped off by a plumber (some fault of my own) so was apprehensive to call a plumber.
Top Choice was recommended to me by a friend. I called on a Friday and he came the following Monday. Eugene came to look at a leaky pipe to our washing machine. It ended up being a simple tightening of a nut. He did not charge me at all for this. We had him look at an outside spicket that was difficult to turn off. He replaced the handle and parts. He was friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. I will be definitely be using Top Choice again!

Eugene is professional and extremely knowledgeable! He is very responsive with very fair prices! He was able to troubleshoot a problem under the concrete of my lower level shower. I had three other plumbers look at the problem that didn’t have the confidence Eugene had. He was right on with what was going on. He jackhammered the concrete and installed new pipe from the upstairs kitchen to lower level shower and on to main line then replaced the concrete and new shower pan. This was a HUGE project for me and it was done very professionally and no mess was left behind. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He replaced other faucets and installed new sump pump and pipes. He is the only plumber I will call in the future!!!!!

The technician removed our old softener system which had failed and replaced with a new unit. The work was done quickly, he was very courteous and professional, explaining what he would be doing, how long we would be without water, and how to operate the new unit once it was up and running.

Eugene did a great job replacing our very old (1950s) 2-handle tub faucet and valve. He was very prompt in responding as I tried to find the right valve and trim. He is professional and courteous, and answers all questions with respect. I really enjoyed working with him and would call him again in the future!
