Plumbing was completed efficiently and without any problems. We are very satisfied with the work. He had all of the extra parts needed to complete our project in his truck.

We had a water heater break on Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. Calling plumbers was frustrating as no one answered. Christine Spetz picked up on the first ring. I received a confirmation text and email for an appointment Saturday afternoon.

Michael arrived early and did a great job at a fair price. I prefer hiring owner/operators that do the job versus hiring a subcontractor to do it. Many thanks for getting us back online with hot water today. I'll hire you again when the time comes.

Mike has done a variety of jobs at our home. He's been more than helpful and seems to take a genuine interest in helping address all our plumbing needs. He brings decades of experience and has seen it all. When one of his repairs was still giving us trouble, he came out quickly to attempt the repair from a different perspective as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

This family owned and operated plumbing company has provided us with the best and prompt service several times over the last couple of years. Today’s project was no different. Mike is amazing. He is professional and patient, and he does great work. He is always willing to talk me through the parts I can do myself. This is not some huge corporate conglomerate that charges $500 minimum to show up. This is a responsive mom-and-pop shop that remembers who your are and what your situation is.

Mike and team where amazing to work with! Called for a leaking water heater repair and it turned out I needed a new water heater. Do not let the big box stores fool you. Mike and team are within a few hundred dollars of those big store and offer a more timely and personal response! I wasn’t sent on a wild goose chase into voice mail hell just to get the install scheduled. I did everything over text messages and my unit was installed in just a few days. Mike also explained to me the benefit of tankless and showed me the rebate and tax credit websites! Big box store A and B didn’t even wish to speak to me about tankless. You honestly can’t go wrong with Mike over at Spetz.
