I called for an electrical issue, fully prepared to pay to get it fixed. They walked me through how to fix it myself in just a few minutes, and didn't charge anything. I pointed out that they could have come out and made it look like they did a bunch of work, charged me a bunch of money, etc etc. Nope. They could help, so they did. My issue is fixed, and I have a new electrician for all jobs, big and small. Thank you!!
