I had pleasure of working with Ruslan. He was professional, friendly and responsive. He investigated the situation and provided me with three options. Ruslan explained the options and the pros and cons of them. I went with completely replacing my toilet. Ruslan picked a great toilet for me and went to Home Depot to get it. He worked quickly and quietly. Ruslan wore shoe coverings when he was in my condo. I got a couple of quotes for possible future projects. When I'm ready to go ahead, I will definitely ask for Ruslan. Guys came and did great work getting a backed up floor drain cleared out and draining like new! Also clean up very well after themselves and we’re good with my chocolate lab investigating their every move!

Emergency came up on faulty shutoff valve leaking. Came out when they said, link in text gave helpful info to track coming/name/vehicle . Had few challenges come up during, plumber was upfront on options, prices, and stayed engaged to wrk through issues…really impressed with company, plumber and support through challenges outside his control at times.

Ruslan was very professional. He explained well to me about my concerns of the Faucet dripping sound. He even checked the toilet and helped me with the water softener. This was the 2nd time I had him coming to check my plumbing. He impressed me again.

Ruslan came today for our garbage disposal. He was fantastic. He showed me how to properly clear it myself so that I don’t have to call again unless it’s actually broken. :) he looked at another thing to draw that up for me too. Had blockage in kitchen drain. -23 degree weather cause the pipe to freeze up. I tried to clear the pipe myself for 2 days with no luck. In fact, I actually melted part of my drain pipe. Affordable Plumbing had the drain unplugged and the melted pipe fixed in a few hours. Nice job, and very professional service

We had a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain. Sean came out and did a thorough assessment. I had a very difficult clog, so we had to make a second day to do the service with Landon and Sean. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
