Magnolia did a great job assisting us with the design, and bringing the vision to life! It was a tough year with weather, but they kept us in the loop with any start date delays. They made a point about not starting until they would be able to complete the entire project. Great team!

We just completed a 2 year landscaping project. Started with the front yard which was a smaller project and were very pleased with the partnership with Katie and Tom and the outcome of the work that we had them come back for phase 2, the backyard. This was a much larger project and more complicated, and the weather was not helpful. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the look and feel of the area, it feels like a whole new space. I would highly recommend Magnolia Landscape & Design Co.

I have used Magnolia Landscape & Design for three different home projects. They have done really great work on all of them, and I’ve been very pleased with their process, people and quality. Everyone I have interacted with at Magnolia, from the owner down to the crews, have been courteous and professional. They take time to do things right and produce excellent results.

We’ve worked with Magnolia on two landscaping projects and both times we had a great experience! From the initial consultation on the work being done (we appreciate their expertise on plant selection and design as we definitely didn’t have the vision ourselves) to the prompt install time and then a beautiful final product we would highly recommend Magnolia. The plant/tree quality they sourced was fantastic as well- we were specifically impressed with the size of new trees they got for us! Five stars and we will definitely be using Magnolia for future landscaping needs!!

This was our third time using Magnolia Landscape and the reason is a five star experience start to finish. The owner and designer personally met with us to discuss our needs and preferences. Shortly thereafter we received a beautiful and detailed plan that was modified a bit along the way. They really listen to the client, and make every effort to accommodate the client’s wishes. For example, we had a retaining wall that was leaning badly. Magnolia found a way to disassemble the blocks to use in the rebuild, even though it required some extra ingenuity. The workers were on time, quiet, respectful and overall a great pleasure to deal with. We extend our high compliments to Tom, Katie, and the entire team. Well done!

Magnolia was excellent both in quality of the work and reliability of their services. We needed a landscape project completed before a large gathering we had planned and they followed through on their commitment to complete before our event despite weeks of rain limiting work days in the Spring. They helped us create a functional and impressive design for our landscape and drainage needs, and the crew executed wonderfully with attention to detail and consideration of our property when working. We would highly recommend their services.

We hired Magnolia to re-landscape the front of our house and some of the back along our new deck and stairs. Katie and Tom listened to our thoughts and came up with a great plan. Since the project was done in the late Fall, we really didn’t know until the next Spring what a lot of the perennials would look like. It was so fun to watch the new plants grow and bloom as the summer progressed. The installers were very polite, careful and hard-working. Later, Katie and Tom and their crew recommended and planted some trees in our back yard. We will be using them for future projects.

Wow. We have lived in our home for 8 years and have never been able to grow grass in our backyard. Well. We have grass in our backyard. It looks great. From start to finish Magnolia Landscapes was professional and efficient. Very happy with the results. Customer service is top notch. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes. We will be booking more services for next year. Tom & Katie were easy to work with.

We, and several of our neighbors, recently had Magnolia do the landscaping for our yards - and it is BEAUTIFUL!! The designers, Katie, Tom and their team, create works of art and moreover, are a joy to work with. They listen, they are responsive, and they make every effort to accommodate our requests. I am so happy with how our project turned out. They were easy to work with from the initial meeting scheduling all the way through the project completion. The crew was extremely hard-working, detail-oriented and thoughtful. They even seeded parts of our lawn that weren't part of the project because they noticed bare spots. The whole experience was fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased.

We started our process with Magnolia back in February and completed our project by the end of July. They were easy to reach out to and got an initial meeting scheduled super quick. We provided a general idea of what we were looking for and a rough idea of our budget to complete the scope of work. The design, plan, and cost were so much better than we were anticipating. First, cost. Other bids for the same level of work were around 30% higher than what Magnolia bid. We worked with Tyler and in the bid he had backyard plans and a design that were to scale and showed a true plan of what work would be completed. The plan was very detailed and we were able to see a vision and make adjustments on just the plan. Magnolia created a sunken firepit with a boulder retaining wall above and below the firepit area, landscaped trees and plants to flow with the paver patio area and stone steps leading down into the sunken firepit area. Tyler even had a beautiful stone slab added as a step over the edging that matched it which we did not expect at all. We had some drainage issues with our yard and they regraded the entire backyard to allow water to flow around the sunken firepit and installed a french drain to move excess water out of the yard. They also connected 2 downspouts to the drain to allow our yard to drain perfectly from excess rain coming off of our roof. Finally, they installed a river rock bed along the back of our property with stone edging to create a break between a marsh area full of weeds to reduce the creep of thistle into our yard. We had to call out a few errors that were made along the way but Magnolia worked to make it right as fast as they could. Some drainage issues with the firepit and yard were corrected in a timely manner and there was no push back whatsoever once we raised our concerns. They absolutely worked to make it right and ensure that everything was done properly. We have more landscaping work planned in the future and are absolutely planning to go with their services again as we were happy with the price, quality of work, and timeline given to complete the work. Everything from start to finish was seamless with Magnolia. The design process was based on our input for certain types of trees but after that Katie, our designer, made a beautiful outline for the work to be based upon that included large rocks, a dry creek bed, and flowering perrenials. Magnolia contacted our irrigation vendor and the surveyor for utilities marking. It all came to fruition quickly once the work was started, which included a lot of hard work from the crew. Care was taken to cover the existing grass and rocks to protect them during the project. It was great not to stress about anything. Now we can enjoy the wonderful results. We highly recommend Magnolia.
