Chad and Hank were absolutely wonderful! They arrived promptly—if not immediately—and quickly assessed and completed the repairs. I really appreciated how efficient and mindful they were about keeping my costs as low as possible. Their transparency with billing made me feel completely comfortable, and I was impressed that when both weren’t needed, one of them left to save me money.

Chad is especially excellent with communication—both over text and on the phone—which made the whole experience feel more like personal care than just a standard service call. I’ll definitely be calling them again for the many repairs this home will need, and I highly recommend Patricki Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and thoughtful professionals.

Will drive recklessly through your town and when driving reported after almost causing an accident cannot take responsibility, instead you get screamed at on the phone. Would never use this company.
