Professional and communicative. It was the only company interested in repairing an appliance older than 10 years. Brought our stove back to life for a tiny fraction of buying new. Will call again!

Amazing customer service, helpful, and very responsive. I called about my mixer smoking and within 30 minutes was given a quote and Andy was beyond helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommended!!!

Andy is a great guy, efficient, professional and most of all honest. Our fridge stopped working and although it was Friday evening and he was out with his family, he stopped by later that night and quickly found out the problem and fixed it.

Came on time and fixed a refrigerator in no time. Reasonable charges and quite polite. Would suggest using him for any appliance needs.

Fast and Friendly! I called at noon. The next day Andy was there early and with the part.. Fixed my dryer in 20 minutes, Cheaper than his quote. Pleasant conversation as the customer was allowed to watch.

He came and fixed our chest freezer. His prices are incredibly reasonable and he was easy to keep in contact with. Very knowledgeable, friendly guy, timely, and fixed our freezer in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend and will be keeping his info for future appliance issues.

I have had my share of “handymen” since I moved into my older house 5 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by Andy’s knowledge and skill. We had an issue with our oven. Unfortunately, Andy was not able to make it out that day, but he was glad to help over the phone. It turned out to be a simple issue with an easy fix. Our dishwasher was not working. The kitchen cabinetry was also messed up. I was fortunate to call this morning, he was here by 12:50!!! Same day service. He was done by 1:15! And he fixed the cabinetry issue!!! His rate was very reasonable. In the covid economy, he was Andy-on-the-spot. So glad I met him for the first time and so pleased with his work and service. AMAZING SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Andy checks all the boxes of a true professional who is hard-working, honest, transparent and highly skilled for any appliance repair. Super knowledgeable, dependable and punctual. We had an issue with the fan and computer board inside our fridge (GE); I called 5 other places first (which was a huge mistake if I would've known Andy in the first place), and it would've been at least 4-5 days until someone could even come out to check out the situation! Andy picked up the phone right away and was at my house within the hour (super hero). He diagnosed the issue while trying multiple on-site options, however, we ended up needing a new fan and computer board, and just like magic, he got the parts and installed them within 48 hours. Works like new and saved me a ton of money. I can't say enough positive things about this business. Look no further than Andy!!

What a pleasant experience. Andy's responded very quickly. Very nice man, handy, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed everything up quickly and even allowed me to do a little extra cleaning on the inside of the oven doors once the repair was complete. Thank you, very much & Merry Christmas!

I have a 2009 Frigidaire refrigerator that stopped cooling. I contacted Andy's. He answered the call right away, asked me a few questions on the phone, made an appointment the next day, showed up on time, had the part with him, and fixed the refrigerator at a great price. Very nice, very professional, great service. I would highly recommend Andy's for an appliance repair job.

Andy came same day, prompt and respectful with his blue work shoe booties.  He spent a few hours working through possible causes for the washer machine seize-up.  The parts arrived very quickly and he was back in two days.  The fix on this older washer took some time and added research, but the charges were fair.  The manufacturer discontinued making the tool to replace this part, but Andy researched and overcame the challenge.  I recommend him and would hire him again.

Called Andy for help with our dishwasher. He happened to be in the neighborhood and called to see if he could stop by since he was nearby and within an hour of my first phone call this man had already repaired my dishwasher. Not gonna work out like that every time but Andy cared that our appliance was out, communicated clearly about his schedule and opportunities and showed up with everything needed to get the machine running right away. Why keep searching! Just call Andy and you don’t have to worry about it.
