I contacted Assured on a Friday evening when my A/C had gone out, and of course it was during an extreme heatwave with temps reaching to 104 degrees outside on 6/20/2025. They came out first thing Saturday morning and assessed the problem, fixed it and were on their way within a half hour. Logan, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using their services!!

From the coldest Minnesota days and having heating issues or the hot days with a broken AC unit, Assured has saved the day. They are very quick to respond and fix the problem the first time.
