5-star experience working with Gina, Todd, and crew! After two attempts at clearing a blockage in the drain in my condo, they tried a different approach the third time and succeeded. Due to their tenacity and ingenuity, I was able to avoid a repair that would've reached thousands of dollars and affected not just my home but someone else's too. Very customer service oriented, efficient, and affordable. Can not say enough about these wonderful folks!

Gina had to find a specialty sized water heater for my Father and not only accomplished it, worked on it after business hours to get it delivered ASAP. The morning it arrived to TNG, Todd and another employee were out getting it installed within hours. Great job done by all!

This team is amazing! They have been my go to on my plumbing upgrades and issues for over 10 years. They always make sure I understand what they are doing, my options and what the cost will be. Gina is great at getting other contractors as needed and goes above and beyond in communication.
Having T’NG replace the pipes when my new septic system was installed went so smooth.
Gina even helped me out when I was selling my home and took the time to explain to the new owners the update the inspector wanted verses what was the best practice to do. She saved me a lot hassle and money but gave the new buyers less issues in the future because the inspector did not know what was all the option to be in compliance.

T'NG is the best! They are incredible to work with, so kind and great at what they do. We have worked with them twice since moving to Austin 7 months ago, replacing our water heater and dealing with an emergency sump pump situation. With our new water heater, Gina was so easy to communicate with. They made it quick and simple, great experience. With the sump pump, we had an emergency situation the night before a holiday. Gina and Todd came out themselves and fixed the issue at 11:00 p.m. Their great work prevented us from having water in our basement. We are SO grateful and glad to have found them.

My Mother needed a new water heater and T 'NG plumbing was out the following day. Even though they spent more time and needed additional parts for the job, they honored their original quote. Very kind and caring company.
