Very helpful employees and a large variety of items.

I had excellent help from Dan Dancer, Supervisor in the plumbing department, in helping me choose a toilet. He took time with me, explained my options and did the online research needed to find exactly what I wanted. I would want to work with him in the future. A top notch employé!

I had scheduled and set up carpet installation and when they came and measured they said 2 months out. I waited two months, I took the day off work and when they finally come they were very inexperienced and didn't speak English well so I didn't know what was going on. They ended up leaving and never coming back. I had to reschedule so they could bring a certain tool. They come back and forget the tool.. so now I've missed two days of work and I'm FURIOUS with how unprofessional this is. I told them they better et it done this time and I'm not missing work again. Here I'm now on the third pass and they still arnt here! What an absolute joke. I would have rather went through any other company. It's not worth the headache!!
