During the coldest week of winter, the heating coil on my heater went out. The part was on back order across the entire country. Wenzel was able to obtain it a full week faster than the other companies I called- and came out and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. The technician also explained to me everything he was doing in layman’s terms. The heater has not had any issues since the repair, which was about a month ago.

Wenzel installed a new boiler and hot water storage tank for us in our 1910 house. They had the most competitive bid, did excellent work, and have been good about maintenance issues in the years since.

We have used Wenzel for years. There is no other way to put it other than exceptional. Unfortunately I have been a bit slow getting to my review. The office staff is friendly and the technicians leave no doubt that they know what they are doing. Their knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional.

What a great experience with this team !! I was looking to replace my Furnace. It was getting old, and I was noticing some strange noises coming from it. When I spoke with Corey, he got right on estimating the furnace, and offered that they could come look at it, and repair in stead of replace, if I was interested. He explained their warranty on repairs, and got me a quote on a new furnace. I decided to replace, and Josh did an incredible job installing the furnace. It was not an easy task by any means, but Josh did a great job. Insuring it was neat, and all things were out of the way. A truly professional team start to finish.

Excellent service!!! We ended up having to replace our furnace. Kirk Johnson was so helpful in advising us on the best furnace to purchase. Charles did a superb job with installation. Afterwards, Kirk came to our home to inspect the work done. All staff are kind and receptive to our needs. Very professional and prompt in service. We give them our highest recommendation!

Wenzel has been excellent when we purchased a new furnace and also in supporting the furnace. When we found out we needed a new furnace, we shopped around and Wenzel had the best price and service. They respond so quickly to email and phone requests. They are kind, friendly and treat you like a real person. We had several very poor experiences with other vendors and Wenzel has always come to the rescue. Their techs are friendly, helpful and explain issues or maintenance needs in terms that are easy to understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace or maintenance on their current furnace.

Our experience with Wenzel was great. Our AC broke down at the worst time and they were fast and efficient getting our unit replaced and working. Huge thanks to their rep Dustin for a professional assessment and excellent customer service. We definitely would recommend Wenzel.

Great team at Wenzel knocked it out of the park again!
This time bringing my
1. dryer venting up to code (hard pipe) and attaching to roof vent.
2.Cutting bath vent hose to run up through roof vent to exhaust better.
3. Last~ installing a kitchen vent extension through my ceiling (lath n plaster) and connecting to exterior roof kitchen vent.

The pricing and knowledge of entire team was excellent compared to other bids.

Very professional, polite and no clean-up (for ME this time * side note....I hired 8 other trades recently-literally -every-single- company left a huge mess for me to deal with. )
But not Wenzel!?
I didn't even know they were here!

Kirk did an outstanding job on the annual service on my boiler. A new broiler system was discussed with venting, modification of existing pipes and upfront pricing. He was on time and its my 3rd time using Wenzel.

I use Wenzel for our annuls HVAC service and they always provide great service and very responsive. Brought them in for advice on replacing our furnace, Dustin came in on Friday and walked us through all the options after inspection and got us a new furnace installed the following Thursday.

I have been using Wenzel for 5+ years to take care of my annual maintenance and also have purchased an air conditioner from them. Brian is awesome and I completely trust their recommendations. I am very happy I stumbled upon them after an awful experience with a previous company and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've used these guys in the past and been happy enough with the service. However, this year I've scheduled appointments three times that they just didn't show up for. No call, no explanation, no nothing. It's pretty irritating.
