We have had several painters over the years, but John Flannery and his crew were by far the best. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They were in our home for 2 1/2 days. Each day they arrived when they said they would and did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. We highly recommend Flannery Painting!

Flannery Painting did an awesome job removing our popcorn ceilings and then painting. His team kept things picked up at the end of the day and vacuumed every day to keep the dust to a minimum. They also put an extra coat on the ceiling because they wanted everything to look perfect, without me having to give the feedback. They pride themselves on a good job, and I will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Flannery Painting. My quote I received was extremely competitive with others in the area, however what set them above the rest was all the time and work they put into the prep. They repaired and patched every knick or ding in the wall before even staring. The crew was kind, quick, and very meticulous. The communication was always quick and very open the entire time. I think I made a joke at the end that I wanted to find something else they could paint for me in the future. All in all, this company was wonderful to work with and I’d give them 10000 stars if I could

John Flannery Painting did a wonderful job at my So.St.Paul home.
I had ceilings repaired and holes patched. No one would notice the repairs including the holes patched on a patterned wall.
The ceilings, kitchen, living room, hallways and bedroom show excellent workmanship. Humberto was a perfectionist especially on the ceilings.
The painters were prompt, polite and efficient. Everything was covered, taped and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Great job at a fair cost. John Flannery the owner kept us informed and service was performed exactly as described at the agreed on cost. John’s lead painter did a great job. We had 1959 original oak kitchen cabinets that showed every bit of their age. We had them painted white and honestly it looks like a new kitchen .

John and the team did an awesome job. His team was friendly, polite, punctual and cleaned up everyday. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work they did to repair our walls was incredible and the end result was great. Most importantly, John listened to our concerns and followed through on them. If you know a lot about painting, you will not be disappointed with the work John and his team does. If you know nothing about a good paint job, then you really need to hire John.

John’s team did an outstanding job repairing my walls and painting with precision. They were timely, efficient, professional and very accommodating. We purchased a house with popcorn ceilings and some pretty rough walls. After removing the popcorn, we knew the job was bigger than we could handle. We reached out to Flannery for an estimate. They were very prompt and easy to work with, but pretty honest about the potential for less than perfect results. We decided to go ahead with the work and are super glad we did. The results were pretty perfect and we couldn’t be happier. They did the work within the timeframe and estimate they quoted and the work was great quality. I would recommend!

I have been using Flannery Painting since I moved to Eagan in 2017. I think most of my house has been repainted by Flannery at this point. We have always had excellent service. Quick estimates, great advice and never any surprise charges. Extremely professional before, during and after. Each painter has been very courteous and respectful. A+ on the finished work- always. When budgeting for home improvements it can be tough to decide to do it yourself or pay to have it professionally done but in the end it is faster and will look better so the investment is well worth it.

We have a rental property in Eagan that needed painting and some wall repair. We asked for estimates from several companies.
Flannery Painting offered the best price, and said they could finish the job [a substantial amount of work in a two-level townhouse] in a week.
They completed the work in four days! And the quality of the work was truly outstanding, well beyond our expectations. The team Flannery Painting assembled was punctual, professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They not only did exceptional work, but cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend Flannery Painting highly to anyone, and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

This company was very professional and did a great job painting our basement family room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and the stairwell in about 3 1/2 days! They fixed any nail pops, patched the walls, if needed, and painted! Very friendly and responsive. Looking to have them back to do the upstairs in the future. They worked with our schedule. All for a good value. We believe our time is worth money as well and it took us about three days to paint one bedroom with two of us. There was only one person working on our downstairs! He was absolutely efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up daily!

John was so easy to work with and I will continue to use him for any projects in the future. Our original plan was to hire a painter for hard to reach areas of our painting project, but after getting a quote for Flannery Painting, we decided to have him quote doing the whole project and found it was comfortably within our budget. Painter Danny was reliable, professional and a hard worker. We would never have been able to make our walls look as amazing as they do now with Danny's attention to detail. The whole experience is worth raving about!

I can’t say enough good things about Flannery Painting and the wonderful painters. They painted our 20’ interior walls. They patched up our walls first (nail holes, uneven surfaces, and a hole my daughter accidentally put in the wall), taking time to look at the walls with a light to verify smooth finish. The painters were respectful and very professional. We would absolutely use them again.

I'm very pleased with Flannery Paintings service. Their quote was at the higher end among those I've received, but it's worth it. They sanded to bare wood before painting, and the painting was neat and clean. John was very responsive and offered good advices. Aurelio and his coworker are great painters and very friendly.

We contact Flannery Painting a little late in the spring. I knew they were busy, and we were put on a list. We were extremely lucky, happy, surprised that we were contacted early summer to have our job done. They were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. Took great care in their prep work. They cleaned up everything when they were done; NO paint drops or any messes were left behind. We could tell they really take pride in their work. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend John and his crew. A friend just came over and saw my cabinets that were painted in December and she was impressed at how nice my kitchen looked. We have a house that was built in 2001 and the golden oak cabinets and warm colored paint on the walls just looked so dated. I feel like we have a whole new main level. They use the best painting technique, high quality paint and were very meticulous and detail oriented.
