We worked with Urban Escapes on our landscape project last summer. Our project was large, encompassing our entire yard, with several hoops to jump through with a pool, patio, several retaining walls and outdoor lighting. Courtney worked with us extensively to refine the design to meet our HOA and city regulations. He personally showed up on-site multiple times per week throughout our project. We receive compliments on our project every time a neighbor walks by. Our yard is truly a dream and is better than we had imagined it to be!

Have worked with Courtney for years. Urban clearly sets expectations and will always follow up if there is any issue. As a landscaper I have seen them deal with all sorts of issues with bad product and Urban will come and correct any issue!! Our patios are still in perfect condition 10 years later and their annual refresh of our mulch keeps the property looking pristine!! Thank you for all you do.

I can always count on Urban Escapes. Very reliable, personable, passionate, knowledgeable and their team is great. Called them to landscape our pool, sod installation, retaining walls, landscape lightening and even spring and fall clean up.

Hired Urban Escapes to remake our backyard in to an extension of our home with various entertainment spaces. This was a very difficult sloping yard with no clear defining space. What they accomplished was a functional, enjoyable, and esthetically pleasing outdoor entertainment area that flows seamlessly from indoors to outdoors. UE incorporated large boulders, an intricate waterfall feature, fire pit, and multiple levels of enjoyable outdoor living that will be enjoyed for years to come. UE’s design, site plan, and construction crews kept both of us informed every step of the way. They listened to our inputs and brought it to life. We are beyond thrilled by what they were able to accomplish on budget and on time.

I have used Urban Escapes for multiple Projects! Their staff is freindly, knowledgable, hard working, and their finished product is always amazing and the quality is well beyond the price. I have used them for landscaping, maintenance of landscaping, decks, and Christmas/Holiday displays that the whole neighborhood envies.

Working with Courtney at Urban Escapes was such a lucky pairing for me! We were putting in an in-ground pool and Courtney was recommended to me by my pool builder. My first conversation with Courtney was Sept/Oct 2021 to get some ideas on the table for my project spring 2022. We met for the first time in Dec 2021 to start the process. When he came over he shared that he had also done landscaping for one of my neighbors! I was so excited because, as I told him, I loved their backyard and wanted to use that as inspiration. When Courtney showed us the first draft of a plan for our backyard I was completely amazed! We were working with a stunted budget since we ended up needing a retaining wall that we were not planning on and that ate almost half the budget. Courtney was able to work with what was left and gave us an amazing backyard oasis!
I was so impressed with the customer service throughout the entire project. Once the project was started the Urban Escapes crews were all amazing and such hard workers! They were here 10-12 hours a day! The most shocking thing to me was that Courtney also showed up almost daily to check on the project and make sure we were progressing and staying on schedule. It only took about 3 weeks from start of project to our first swim!
Our backyard is beautiful and it is only the tip of the iceberg! I will use Urban Escapes again and again for future landscaping projects. Courtney has amazing ideas, fantastic vision, and is so well connected that your project will be smooth as silk with minimal schedule disruptions. I am looking forward to many future projects with Urban Escapes!

I followed on of their trucks on Interstate 494 by MSP this morning. They had a F series Ford truck with rock in the bed, NOT TARPPED!!! Pea sized rock was hitting and damaging cars behind them. Tried to call them, no answer.

Their plowing is not the greatest

I wish I could give zero stars. Volatile, classless.

Worst job I have ever in my life seen so bad they would not come and get my trash yesterday because the dumpster is plowed in. Has no conception of a good job
