All reviews for Iconic Construction

We’ve worked with Iconic on a few projects now over the past couple years and they have always gone way above and beyond. They are quick to respond when we reach out, provide multiple options to make sure we meet our budget and get the job done quickly. Most importantly their attention to detail and quality work is unmatched and the main reason we continue to seek them out. They do amazing work for a more than fair price and we will not hesitate to hire them again.

Great people, responsive and diligent. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Very knowledgeable, hardworking, did a very nice job and did it in a timely manner.

Amazing service from start to finish. I would recommend them for anyone I know who needs their roof done.

Ryan was wonderful to work with! Honest and communicative, and his team did great work.

Ryan and his team were awesome! They were able to squeeze in our project last minute and did a fantastic job.

Very professional and proactive team. They paid attention to details and ensured all work was completed and top notch. I would definitely recommend the team.

They were very professional, fairly priced, showed up on time, and followed up with me on job satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

From the quick response on the estimate with a very detailed digital illustration with accurate measurements to the communication throughout, Ryan and the team were very professional and on time. Highly recommend!

Iconic helped us by installing a metal roof and tied it into our existing roof. It looks wonderful and the process was very easy. Would highly recommend.

Iconic Construction showed up at 7:30 with a crew of six and finished the shingling job that day. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the job site when they were done. Ryan & TJ did everything they committed to and more.

My roof looks great!! A large professional and friendly crew got it done in one day! Also took care of some other siding and deck projects that I was worried about, really nice to have everthing taken care of at one time.

Iconic assisted my sellers in working with insurance to replace a wind damaged roof as we were listing property for sale. The process including installation and working with insurance adjuster was 2 weeks total. Now that is service! Thank you so much for your responsive communication, professionalism and customer care. I will refer all my clients to Iconic in the future!

Absolutely one of the best experiences we have ever had with an insurance claim! Ryan and his company followed through with all the promises of a seamless process. We are so happy we called for a second opinion after the “storm chasers”. Thank you Iconic Construction!

The Iconic team lead the way for extensive hail damage replacement of roof, downspouts, windows, siding, garage doors, and skylights. They were incredibly helpful with navigating the long-term dealings of insurance, mortgage company, and sub-contractors. We were mostly happy with the work of the sub-contractors. I would certainly recommend Iconic for your exterior storm damage needs.

This team did a great job! Matt always kept us informed and has been a real pleasure to work with. They were efficient, did a great job cleaning up and even fixed issues a previous contractor had done incorrectly. Happy to recommend!

Ryan and Mike at Iconic were amazing! We had hail damage and they took care of everything - from dealing with my insurance company to suggestions on shingle color all the while keeping me updated on what the timeline was. Their roofing crew was so professional and left my yard so clean - no roofing nails or junk anywhere. Totally recommend Iconic!

We had Iconic Construction put a new roof on our home and we are very happy with the project. Ryan and Mike were very prepared and easy to reach with questions before and during the project. The job was completed on the timeline we established up front, and the crew was professional and skilled. They cleaned up every evening and very thoroughly at the end. We highly recommend Iconic!

Iconic- simply the best company I have ever worked with. It was a pleasure dealing with people who adhere to the highest professional standards. Iconic understands relationships over transactions. They negotiated successfully with the insurance company, they replaced the roofs of our condo association with craftsmanship that was first class, and they were available and transparent every step of the way.
Iconic; simply the best!

I had a great experience with Ryan, Matt and Mike! They were very responsive and helpful and not pushy at all. Their crews were professional and there was always a supervisor around managing the project. You could tell they treat their roofers with respect and operated very much as a team.

They put on a new roof, along with gutters and downspouts. The material and craftsmen ship was excellent.

I wouldn’t hesitate referring them or using them again!

Initially I hired Iconic to replace my roofing due to hail damage in the massive May 2022 hailstorm. The insurance company initially accepted my roof claim along with damage to my gutters and what was, according to their adjuster, minor damage to my windows. Iconic did an excellent job with my roofing from tearing off the old shingles, replacement with new and clean up. Their crew was very easy to work with and was extremely kind to my wife who was suffering from memory issues. Ryan reviewed the roofing job with me and looked at my windows. He said there was a great deal of damage to my windows and its should be covered by my homeowner insurance and he would contact them on my behalf. Through his efforts the insurance company agreed to pay for the replacement of all my windows. Again, his work crews did excellent work in all aspects of this replacement which was not easy in my home with a brick and stucco exterior. I highly recommend Ryan and his company Iconic, LLP.
