Scott provided prompt service to get our A/C up and running. He does a great job explaining what the problem is and talks about the costs upfront. He takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions which I greatly appreciate.

Aaron, Andrew, Luke and Tyler were all knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond what we expected to accurately diagnose the problem and get it fixed.

2nd time Aaron has been out in the 4 years I've owned my home. A/C unit wasn't cooling my home. Unit was 17 years old and leaking. Aaron made time on a Friday evening to come out from 5-9pm to replace the old R-22 unit with the new/updated 1014a unit now required. He re-plumbed everything and had the new unit before he left. Aaron is Extremely honest, hard-working, polite, respectable, thorough and diligent in his work ethics. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company.

Scott is one of a kind, top of the line technician. He was very pleasant while here installing our new furnace and air conditioning. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions putting our mind at ease with the winter months ahead. We highly recommend this company!

On of one the hottest and balmiest days of summer, Scott showed up and saved the day.
He squeezed us in on a busy day and fixed our AC. We thought we were in for it, but nope. Will use Patton again and request Scott. He was prompt, professional and did a great job. Out giant long haired dog also says thank you.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Aaron Patton and his team. When things didn't go as quickly as planned, our tech stayed until 9 pm to make sure we had warm water for the next day. They explained every step of the process and made sure we were happy with all aspects our our new furnace and water heater. Honest, quality local business. That's all you need to know. Before going with Patton, whom were recommended by a friend, I did my research and read some reviews. They are great all around from answering questions, to being timely and polite. We had a them service our old furnace and eventually when we bought a new one went with them again. The guys that came out where very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the new one. Most recently we had them come out for our A/C and they had it up and running in no time!

Technician Scott was fantastic. He asked all of the questions to understand our issue, did some troubleshooting and then asked more questions to really get to the root of the problem. He fixed our furnace and then went explained everything to us in simple terms that we could understand.

These guys are the absolute best - I would highly recommend to anyone needing heating/air work. Our furnace went out and was red tagged, so we needed help asap. Before coming out, they even asked if we needed space heaters (very thankful for the warmer than usual winter!) They worked us into their schedule as soon as they could, everyone we dealt with from sales to installers to front desk are WONDERFUL! They made a bad situation much easier on us because of the way they do business. Again, don't hesitate to call if you're in need of their services...you won't regret it!

Annually Patton Heating and Air Conditioning service my furnace, A/C and Aprilaire Humidifier. They do such a thorough job and are so pleasant to work with. Aaron is always so helpful in explaining and showing me when and what I need to do when switching from summer to winter for the Aprilaire Humidifier and even helped with the ordering of filters for future use. They have always been there when I needed them. So thankful.

Wonderful service! I called and left a message on a Saturday, Aaron called me back within an hour and had my appointment scheduled for Monday. Both technicians arrived on time and were very respectful and courteous. My gas line repair was done in less than 3 hours, and looks so much safer than my original line. Brandon and Zac installed my new furnace today. They showed up on time and were polite. They finished the job in a timely manner. The gas was forgotten to get turned back on after they left,but a simple phone call was made and they came right back and fixed the overlooked issue. I highly recommend Patton. Thank you

Very impressed with new central air install. They fit a central air unit on my 30+ year old furnace. No upsell pressure. The team was professional and informative from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.
