Kelvin was wonderful and efficient today. When he first came to my house, he mentioned that it was flag day and when he left he even gave me two flag pins. More importantly, he did a great job and was very professional.Highly recommended.

Desmond came within the time window stated, giving advance notice. He diagnosed the problem, found the leak, and answered all my questions with clear explanations. He worked through a warranty situation on the evaporator, and did the evaporator replacement install efficiently. AC has been working great since.

I called Weston Heating Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am with an air conditioning problem. Their technician showed up within 2 hours. He diagnosed and solved the problem within a very short time. They were very professional,fairly priced and fast. I would definitely recommend them.

He thoroughly explained every action he was taking, what he was expecting with each action, and what the next steps would be. It is very clear he enjoys his job and takes pride in his work. We had recently purchased an old home, so we needed to install in a new heating & cooling system since we were upgrading it and doing some restoration services to it before we could shift in it. We contacted Weston Heating Air Conditioning for an estimate of installing a new heating and cooling system and they gave us a very reasonable quote, so we made an order for the system and they promised to come for installation the following day. We were so impressed by their professionalism and diligence. They worked so hard that the entire installation process just took them a day and we paid the exact amount they had quoted initially. Highly recommend!

Finding out we needed a new furnace as the weather turned cold was very stressful, but I couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail we received from Weston Heating Air Conditioning. On the installation day we had heat sooner than expected because the technicians worked so efficiently to install both. All three were always very professional and friendly. We chose Weston Heating Air Conditioning Richard based on previous reviews. Richard turned up as promised and completed the work in the time frame quoted. The furnace installation was done professionally and with minimal disruption to us. He was a pleasure to have in our home, we are very happy with the installed furnace and the uncomplicated impact on our weekend during installation.

Have been very happy with Weston Heating Air Conditioning, had a system go out last summer they were able to replace it in just a few days. Great customer service considering how busy all the HVAC companies are in the summer. What also nice is the follow on service. Great service. Easy to schedule even during busy times. We were possibly going to have a power outage during our window so I called to see if the tech could come earlier and one did! We were so grateful. The tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable, honest, helpful and nice. I fully recommend Weston Heating Air Conditioning.

Customer service people here are incredibly rude. I do not believe this company is real. They do not get someone to call you. No one shows up. They mess up appointments. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Stay away. Find someone on the Thumbtack app. Much better luck.

So far, just trying to get someone to come to the house has been a pain. The representatives I've spoken to have told me they would get a tech to call me back with an ETA. I've been waiting for 3 hours and no phone call. I really hope the tech can show up today. If they do a good job, I'll update the review. For now, their customer service is awful.

Update: They gave a window between 12-3pm today and it’s now almost 7pm and no one called and no one showed up. Unreliable company. Representatives had absolutely no regard for health concerns or urgency. We won’t get to see if the company is actually has good service because customer service is so bad.
