There is nothing worse than coming home to a broken sump pump and water all over your basement and after everything is closed on a Sunday night on top of that! After finding Aqua Pro, I called and Sheldon answered right away and gave me an honest quote. He was at our house within an hour with a new sump pump in hand. He showed us what was wrong with ours and explained how things work and when we should replace it to stay ahead of the game. He was extremely professional and down to earth and all around good guy. I would 100% recommend him/Aqua Pro for any needs you may have.

I’ve been using Aquapro for the last few years ranging from small to large jobs. Every time they have been responsive and always done excellent work. They are my first call with any plumbing needs.

On Sunday we had a water emergency in the ceiling of our finished basement. Sheldon and his crew, Tommy and Adam came today and took care of the large leak/issue quickly and neatly. Sheldon prioritized our issue and made time in his schedule for us. Sheldon and his crew made sure that the repair was done better than before and took great care to make sure that this does not happen again. I am very grateful and thankful for them and the work that was done and knowing I no longer have to worry about any further water damage is a blessing. Sheldon and his team were wonderful to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Dawson at Aqua Pro. I reached out to him needing help installing a water softener, and he quickly gave me a very reasonable quote. I sent him a few pictures of the setup I had started so he could better understand the job — and instead of coming out and charging me, he actually called me and walked me through the rest of the installation over the phone.

It was a holiday weekend, we were completely out of water, and his help saved us in a huge way. He easily could have taken the job, but instead chose to do the right thing and help me out. That kind of honesty and professionalism is incredibly rare these days.

We recently needed someone to replace some of our outdoor plumbing due to constant leaking. I’ve worked with Aqua Pro in the past and have received excellent service. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Dawson and Kirk came and made the necessary repairs on May 12, 2025. They showed up at the exact time the said they would be here and were very professional and courteous. They knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and provided me with a detailed breakdown of the cost up front before getting started. Upon completion of the job, they asked if there was anything else we needed for them to look at. As in the past, I was extremely happy with the service we received and will continue to recommend Aqua Pro to everyone I know.
