Nick and the team at Sterling Restoration were wonderful to work with, and very professional. We started having water leaking through our chimney into the basement, and they were there the next day to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure they sealed everything around the chimney to prevent any future leaks. I would highly recommend them!

Our roof was replaced due to hail damage by Sterling Custom Homes in a professional manner. Bryan worked with our insurance company to get the job done and encouraged us to ask for a reduction in our insurance rate based upon installation of a high performance product which he provided at the same cost as the typically used shingle. Workers protected our landscaping and cleanup was thorough. We are very happy with our new roof.

We worked with Nick to replace our roof after the horrible hail storm back in August 2023. He was such an incredible asset as we navigated the insurance as newer home owners. He was fully our advocate to ensure insurance did right by us, and we couldn’t have been more grateful for all of his help along the way. Sterling came to us looking to help us recover damages from the 2023 hail storm. Bryan and Nick were phenomenal to work with. They came to us as a referral from our neighbors and I have already referred them to my son for roof replacement/repair. They are NOT storm chasers, they are consummate professionals that are totally customer centric and wonderful to work with. They know their craft and delivered more than originally promised. Sterling has amazing customer service. Bryan was able to get the insurance quote and kick off process in less than a week. We even got my brother's favorite shingles which are hard to find. The crew who did the roof and shed did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the roof and shed in one day. I would recommend Sterling Restoration for all there services as they provide the personal touch which larger corporations do not.

What a outstanding company, we were blessed to have Bryan knock on our door after a horrible hail storm that caused a lot of damage to our home. They dealt with the insurance company, no hassle to us the owners and they did a fabulous job in restoration of our house.
