I found Zahler via the Triangle Tube boiler website. We moved into a new home with a zoned boiler system, Aprilaire, high velocity AC and radiant in floor heat. Greg came to do a maintenance tuneup and establish a relationship for ongoing service and maintenance. Greg was very thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Zahler for all our heating and cooling needs!

My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest and most humid days of summer. After calling multiple companies to find they were booked out, Greg answered and agreed to rearrange his schedule to come help me immediately. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience. Very professional, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

I called Greg in an emergency this morning because our water heater was leaking and our basement was flooded. He rushed over immediately, stopped the water flow, and helped me navigate the steps that had to be taken to begin cleaning up and repairing the damage. To say I’m grateful is an understatement. I would highly recommend Zahler heating.

Called for an appointment when my A/C went out thinking I would have to wait forever this time of year, but instead they were out on the same day. We highly recommend Zahler Heating and A/C! Greg Zahler and Cory Von Bank have serviced the heating and air conditioning at our house in Prior Lake over the last 10 years. They've fixed problems with the furnace when it stopped working, and upgraded some of the in-floor heating controls (thermostats & valves) to make everything run smoothly. With their help, our original furnace, in-floor heat, and A/C are still going strong.

Greg also replaced the old, outdated furnaces and A/Cs at both my parent's and my in-law's homes (in New Prague) with new, energy efficient models. Huge improvement -- everything is working great!

Zahler Heating & Air saved the day for my family when our Triangle Tube boiler went out unexpectedly in mid-December, just before a major cold-snap. I’d never heard of Zahler prior to contacting them. I contacted them because they are one of only a few authorized TT contractors licensed to work in Minneapolis and because they garnered positive reviews on a well-known home improvement website. I tried to contact a couple other HVAC specialists on an emergency service basis, but said contractors either took too long to return my call or failed to respond at all. I talked to Greg at Zahler at 7:05 am on a Tuesday and by 3:00 pm, my boiler was repaired and generating much-needed heat. I truly appreciate how Greg altered his work schedule to fit me in. A special call-out to Cory, the technician who made the repairs. Though young, Cory was well-versed in the TT product, immediately diagnosed the problem and then quickly replaced the damaged part. He even fixed an error the original installers had made with a gas pressure safety meter and performed a routine check-up on the entire system, just to make sure there were no other issues. To top it all off, Cory courteously removed his shoes upon entering my home, without being asked. I will definitely be using Zahler again…for future heating AND cooling work.

Our project involved a radiator switch out, installation and boiler maintenance. Greg and his crew were respectful and responsive to our questions and specific needs. We're very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Greg Zahler of Zahler Heating bailed me out of a failing furnace situation on multiple occasions until it was time to replace the whole unit. Whether it was at night, on a weekend, or a holiday (and always when it was the coldest or snowiest day of the year), I always received a response in less than 24 hours and really appreciated the prompt communication. I felt at ease knowing I was working with an honest and kind professional that truly knew what to recommend in my situation instead of offering me “packages”. We have used Zahler several times for installation and repair over the years. I cannot say enough about our experience. We've had some issues with our AC on the hottest days of the year, and they've responded right away and had someone to our house within a couple hours each time. They work quickly, efficiently and professionally to get you up and running again. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough for the professional service we received from Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory during our recent AC installation. Due to the age of our condo building this install required professionals who could trouble shoot the unique nature of replacing our AC units. Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory were wonderful to work with. From start to finish they were careful, polite, and clearly knew their profession as the age of our condo building challenged them to be innovative and creative as they both removed old equipment and replaced the new. Since this company has the capability to do sheet metal fabrication each of our two installs took one day each as there was no need to wait for custom parts to be ordered. They simply went back to their shop and made them. Thank you gentlemen.

My boiler needed updates and certification with the city of Richfield after a failed city inspection. Greg went out of his way to contact the manufacturer for me to acquire an obsolete part. He and his team showed up on time and got right to work remediating all issues with my boiler and provided me with the required paperwork to give back to the city. Zahler H&A knows what they're doing and will get the job done right.

We have had our home hvac system and sump pump serviced by Zahler 4-6 times a year. Each time, they have been highly professional, courteous and timely. We always feel like we’ve been taken care of by a family member!
