Gilbert Mechanical, has a great team and they go out of their way to assist you, to the best of their ability. The team that cares for our needs at West Lake Condos are: Casey Flynn, Mike Redinger, Carl Aldag and Travis Calvin. They are very professional! Casey Flynn and Mike Redinger are the techs are assigned to our building. They are exceptional! They, are problem solvers and make every effort to find a solution long term to benefit you.

During a recent convention our car broke down. I phoned around for help. Jordan was the one who expedited the repair as we travelled from Swanage. We needed two injectors. Great repair great price and a genuine nice guy. Thank you Gilbert M C.

Driver blows through red lights and speeds through neighborhoods

Do not do business with this company

I requested a bid for installation of a vent hood and make up air for my business. Carl came out right away and said he would have a bid Friday or Monday, then the next Tuesday, and then.... After a few texts to him, he stopped returning any messages. If he was too busy or did not want the job he should have said that. I thought this was a reputable company based on the other reviews. Poor customer service!!

I had a bathroom tub faucet that would not fully turn off. My part time building guy said he would call Gilbert and see if they could come out. An individual from Gilbert came around 3pm on a Monday. He was here in my unit for about 30 minutes. Looked at the shower, said he didn't know what was going on, but that we would need to turn off the pipe valves to the shower to stop the water flow before opening anything up. He could get one valve closed but not the other (so water still dripping). He then left. I then received a bill of $1,300 for this. I called to say there must have been some mistake. Bryce their project manager said the plumber was in the unit for 90 minutes (he was not) and that they also bill his drive time each way which was another 90 minutes. He said this counted as overtime which means double time at $374/hour. I am filing a complaint with the MN Department of Commerce, and I would caution anyone from contacting Gilbert for plumbing services.

Tell your drivers not to cut off people on 35E northbound. I’d prefer not to slam on my brakes on the freeway because someone decided to cut me off instead of slow down themselves. Really? In a company vehicle? There were two of them. A truck and a van. Not a good look.

One of your drivers was tailgating me on the highway on March 6
even though I was going slightly the speed limit. The roads were wet. The van would slam on the breaks very close to my bumper at a stoplight. I moved over as soon as I could safely and the driver dashed away and started tailgating the next person. I haven’t ever hired your company for a service but some basic expectations for road safety might be useful to review with your employees
