Nice company to work with. Little bit more communication between workers and customers needed. Overall happy with the install. Now just waiting on evergy to give the certification to turn on.

Happy with the installation process but can’t speak about the functionality because my system hasn’t been turned on yet(I would have like the installation crew to use carpet tarps in addition to vacuuming). That being said, my system installation was completed just in time to counter another price increase by my electric company.

My sells person was amazing and patient. I will continue to recommend Blue Raven to my friends and family.

Awesome experience with Blue Raven, Start to finish! Helpful and knowledgeable team. From the day we had the knock at the door through the installation was extremely simple and accommodating. The installation team was friendly, efficient and did not leave the project until inside and out of out home was clean and tidy! Would recommend to anyone in the market for solar.

Overall, Blue Raven has been a great company to work with. I have no experience with other solar companies, so I don't have a frame of reference, but they have been professional and responsive to my questions and concerns.

My only complaint is the length of time it took between committing to installation, and getting that time scheduled. The salesman implied 2-3 weeks, when in reality it was 3 months! This very well could be the fault of the city in taking their time getting around to inspections. Blue Raven could improve their communication of the status of the permits. I had to call every couple of weeks just to get an update. Besides just saying "we're working on it" or "you're one step closer" when nothing has changed, giving precise details would be all that's necessary. I would recommend a weekly email with details of what steps Blue Raven took that week to push things forward.

Once the permits were approved, Blue Raven contacted me immediately and got me scheduled for the next week. The installers, Garrett, Valentine, and Tyler were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and had great attention to detail. I was impressed by Tyler's wiring skills, and how well all of them cleaned up the entire site prior to leaving.

I'm scheduled for final inspection this week, and hopefully the power company will install their meter quickly so I can be up and running. I'm assuming the rest of my experience with Blue Raven will be excellent. Trust me, I'll update my review if I find otherwise. :)

Erick, Nick and Nick arrived on time, explained everything and answered any questions I had. They were professional and awesome! The install was completed on the same day in less than allotted time. The installation was super clean!

There were two spots on the roof above my porch where the shingles had peeled during the install. BlueRaven work order team is working on remedying this.

All in all the install process was smooth and done professionally!

Blue Raven installers were great. Organized, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They arrived on time and were finished ahead of time. They were very friendly and polite and worked great as a team. They cleaned their area great, couldn't tell anybody had even been here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were KC team #1.

Michaul and Morgan Garbo here. We had a great experience with Mr. Phillips and his KC crew 2 installing our panels. There was good communication throughout the install and they were all very friendly. Solar panels were installed quickly, look great and there was no mess left behind.

The guys showed up on the assigned day even though we’d had a snow event overnight and the roads and traffic were terrible. They managed to install the electric and solar panels even though the roof was icy. Great job by all (and they even put up with my bad jokes)!

When we set out to get solar, I thought the experience would be long and full of reams of paper work. Blue Raven completely exceeded my expectations. They took care of all the paperwork involving our HOA, city permits, and our electric company. All we had to do was very minimal. Trevor our sales rep explained everything clearly and answered all our questions, and Dillon the head of the install team was efficient and polite. Very pleased with our new panels.

This review is strictly for Angel Sanchez, and Kansas City crew 1. They were punctual, respectful, and worked in a timely manner. Angel himself was extremely informative as well. They were done with installation in just a few hours, and I’m excited to finally have solar at my home.

The process from quote to install has been a surprisingly smooth process. We did not know what to expect when we ventured the option of solar, but we are glad to have made the choice! Just had our panels installed last week by the Kansas City Crew 1. Crew arrived promptly, was super polite, and had all my panels install in just 5 hours! Just awaiting my last two inspections from the city and power company until we can flip them on. Blue Raven Solar is an excellent choice if you are looking to go solar!
