There work is all rite but they are not profeshanel his secretary who is his wife likes to talk gossip about people in town even costumers she harassed people take pictures an she trespass on other properties

Boeckman Plumbing & Heating buys new replacement parts from eBay then returns the old parts to the unsuspecting sellers then claims it doesn't fit, ask me how I know. I can't imagine how they treat their customers. So in all they get the new replacement parts for free then charge their customers full price shame on you Boeckman Heating & Plumbing.

Customer beware. Boeckman Plumbing and Heating purchased a New in box, sealed Nordyne furnace control board from us via Ebay on 1/22. On 2/3, they opened a return claiming it didn't fit and the furnace was being replaced. They didn't need the control board. On 2/21, the incorrect item was returned. They returned a used control board of the same model. Unfortunately Ebay refunded $165 to them. We contacted them on 2/21 and they replied on 3/14. They admitted that they sent the wrong item back and they found the correct item. We provided our address for them to reimburse us $165 for the item they didn't return and we never received payment or the correct control board back. Im betting they charged their customer for the control board that they stole from us.
