We remodeled our boat house with a patio on top. We wanted to landscape around our boat house with retaining walls. We worked with Brett at Lan-De-Con who came up with the perfect design! He was great to work with and very prompt in answering any questions we had! Thank you for all your help!

Great experience with Lan-de-con on our project across design, communication and execution. We wanted to add a mulch bed and trees to our side yard and Brett did a wonderful job recommending plants and trees to fit our space. We also had a lot of concern about digging and breaking irrigation lines and the team took great care to find and work around our system. Mark was our project manager and did a great job on-site leading the team. Would highly recommend!

Our recently completed landscape/hardscape project was completed timely and beautiful.
Lan-De-Con was responsive throughout the process, provided guidance, along with constant and clear communication.

Lan-de-Con’s Brett Hammon Project Manager/Designer led us patiently through the design and entire remodel project of our new patio. He was there every step of the way though the design, stone selection and installation process. Once the project was started it was a breeze. The entire crew was hardworking timely, polite and most of all knowledgeable. I refer them without hesitation. Mark, the foreman, on our project was excellent and saw him do whatever it took to make the project go smoothly. From managing the crew to jumping in no matter what needed to be done. Excellent crew overall.

Everything on our patio project went so smoothly. When they promised something, it was done on time. The patio design was beautiful. LAN-de-Con started and finished the patio exactly when they promised. The landscaping was done, neatly, efficiently and looks amazing. Brett worked with our irrigation company to get the irrigation system restarted. There were no add on costs at the end. Just perfect work. I will definitely recommend LAN-De-Con Landscaping and Design to anyone who needs a patio or landscape project. Thank you to Brett and the entire team! You were awesome.

Brett and his Lan-De-Con team did an incredible job on our hardscape patio design and install this fall. Brett has a real artistic approach about him that we appreciated in the creative design that he came up with. He asked us a good deal of questions about what we wanted, then he took our requests and custom built a patio underneath our deck and porch for a hot tub, outdoor living space and natural gas fireplace.

His team was very pleasant to work with, completed the project well ahead of their listed timeframe and came in at budget. Their price point seemed very competitive with the other bids we received, and Brett let us visit the landscape supply company to pick out our own stone, fireplace surround and trim.

I couldn't speak any higher of Lan-De-Con and see why the Lennar custom homebuilders in our neighborhood have chosen them for their preferred landscape installer. Great job Brett and team. Thank you!

The design process with Sanja was excellent. Her plant recommendations were spot on and helped camouflage the utility box on our front yard. As for the installation, they got off to a slow start when they cut my cable but the rest of the installation was good. I would recommend them.

STAY AWAY!

Horrible communication from the top down. No one answers the phone ever, no call backs, no emails back, nothing!!!!! You're not the only landscaping company out there! Really too bad that a company nowadays doesn't understand the power of customer service. All I was trying to do was give you my money, oh well....see ya!!!

The final product was acceptable, but the process to get there was extremely frustrating. Very poor communication and transparency through the process. We were promised things multiple times that didn't get done on time with no follow-up explanations. We had to stay on top of them daily in order to get anything done. If you have options, I would go with someone else.
