AC went out during the hottest part of the year and of course on a Friday. Called around and no one could be out until the following week. Called Chris and he came out that day. Quickly surveyed the situation, gave me several options with the pros and cons to each. Solved the issue and have not had a problem since. Quick, professional, and friendly.

My AC went out just before the summer heat wave. Couldn't get any other contractor (tried 3 before Grant) to return my calls or send estimates for whatever reason. Called Chris and he was out shortly after, turned around with a quick estimate and started installation of AC and Furnace within a week of my acceptance of the offer. Great individual and company to work with and he did a stellar job installing everything - very clean and organized. Didn't hesitate to work through a couple minor requests brought up during the installation either. Used drop cloths, swept up and probably left my house cleaner than when they showed up. As an added note, he worked late and even came in on a Saturday morning, just so I had some AC for a humid weekend.

Chris and team did a fantastic job in replacing our furnace and AC this spring. He was the fourth HVAC person I spoke with, and his prices were lower than the others. Of the four, Grant was the only company where the person who came out to see give a quote was the person who actually did the work. All the others were pre-packaged solutions, not necessarily tailored to our needs and desires. The benefit was that when it came to the actual installation, there were no surprises. I've worked with other home services businesses where the technician comes on site, and then explains that things won't be done the way the person who quoted the job said it would be done. Chris gave us clarity and integrity from start to finish, which I really appreciated.

Needed a garage heater installed, Chris came out and gave me a competitive quote and was able to fit me in within a couple weeks. Chris and his team came in and finished everything same day, and were very efficient and professional. Definitely would recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs!

Christ Grant does phenomenal work and I cannot speak highly enough of his customer service. He replaced our furnace for us last fall and his work was above and beyond our expectations. He worked long hours to get it done at a very reasonable price. I just called him recently because our AC wasn't working, he came over very late at night to check it out and got it working again right away. We are customers for life and recommend him to all our family and friends!

The entire process from making the call to request information on a furnace/ac install to the actual install could not have been any easier or more pleasant! Megan sent out all the information for our review immediately via email, we sent back a few pictures and our questions, had a phone conversation with Chris and we were ready for the install. Chris installed the system with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency while mentoring a teenager on what he was doing! Awesome! We would highly recommend Grant heating and will definitely use them again for any service need.

Grant Heating and Air simply is the very best. Chris installed our furnace and air conditioner about 8 year ago and fortunately we have not had any issues. We recently had an issue with our air conditioner and when I left a message they were very prompt in returning my phone call and scheduling an appointment. Very thorough and great service.
