Our AC stopped working on Tuesday morning at the beginning of one of the hottest days in MN this year. I called Breeze and they were here within 2 hours. Kyle was able to quickly diagnose the issue and we began the discussion of replacement. Our furnace was over 25 years old and our AC was over 30 years old! The blower motor on the furnace died and so not only did we not have cool air on an extremely hot/humid day but there was condensation everywhere.
Kyle did a great job quickly educating us and getting us a quote. We gave him the green light to move forward but our next concern was the availability of the equipment.
Kyle was able to secure our equipment and come back on Thursday (just 2 days later) and get our whole new HVAC system installed and running!
Kyle is honest, hard working and always on time. We are extremely happy with our new system and can now rest easy knowing our HVAC needs are met for years to come!

Call Kyle Sunday early morning furnace wouldn't fire up, I told him my brief diagnosis and he stated take the ignitor out in which I was capable of doing so, sent him a direct picture he stated yes that looks to be your issue, so I made 300 calls found the part and mom's furnace is back up and running!

Kyle was able to make a house call same day, and diagnosed my issues in less than 30 min. He was upfront with the repairs, costs and what he suggested I could do myself. He was kind enough to even refer me to another electrician for some of the additional work. Definitely will be working with Breeze again in the future!
