Ben is really good at what he does. Fast, efficient and just a good guy. Highly recommended. As a matter of fact, Total Comfort has made all our HVAC systems work like a champ. We trust all our air systems to them. Thanks so very much.

Leonard is precise and very experienced. Despite the tight space, he was able to maneuver around the pipes to replace the old humidifier with a new one.
He takes his time explaining what he’ll be doing and how to operate it.

Dec 23, 3pm furnace quit lighting. I called Total Comfort and they had someone out within 90 minutes and they resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I'm very happy.

Ben did an awesome job communicating with us what we needed to do get the furnace running. We had called 3 to 4 other businesses and none of them could work on the furnace in a Mobile Home. I was please with the courtesy that Kevin offered when I tried to see if we could get help. All around the customer service was good, prompt, professional, and friendly. Thank you. You have a customer for life with us.

Very satisfied with Total Comfort and our installation technician James. We had an air purifier added to our existing furnace. The finished product installation was completed to our satisfaction, great communication and very happy with the whole process with Total Comfort and their staff.

Carl made sure I understood what was going on. He was very accommodating and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable asking him questions. Best HVAC guy I’ve had look at my dusty furnace over the years.

The service technician did a great job of checking on a possible problem. Provided a very clear and concise explanation of the issue and if anything needed to be home. I am very satisfied with his visit.

Cole Duckworth was the technician for Total Comfort that performed the annual furnace maintenance for us. He was easy to work with, fully explained issues and gave us an excellent report on what he found. He pricing for repair to be completed shortly seems reasonable. He did a great job for us!

Responsive, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Andy was our initial contact- provided a thorough review of our old hvac system and provided us with good candid advice and options. The installers were first rate, professional and competent. Walked us through the finished installation and left everything neat. Andy stopped by the installation to ensure our satisfaction.

Adam and Dylan arrived on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided updates throughout the process and install was minimally invasive. From sale to completion, Total Comfort’s team was top-notch and highly recommendable.

Our heater was on the fritz for a while. Andrew came out multiple times, responding day-of, and didn’t even charge us a service fee each time. We finally got the issue taken care of. Really appreciated his timely response and persistence.

John Fleming was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, personable, great customer service. Water heater went out, called Friday morning an hour later John showed up. Needed to replace water heater and softener. He went to go get the parts on the other side of town in the snow. Came back and worked on it until 10:30pm on a Friday night. The dedication and attention to detail John has is unmatched. Will be recommending him and Total Comfort to all my family and friends. Thank you!

Reasonable price for a weekend-sameday appointment. The technician was very helpful (even threw some trobleshooting tips for us before he aerived). Ended up being nothing to fix, but it was worth it as it gave us peace of mind during below zero weather.
