Technician Drew G. assessed my in floor heat system because it was not heating up my floors. From assessing to installing new parts and creating an easier fix for future issues Drew was very professional.

Chris A. was a terrific repair technician for our 12-year old furnace. He accurately diagnosed the problem, did careful and thorough repairs, and recommended things we could do to extend our furnace life and comfort. Highly recommend!

We had our furnace heater/A/C and water heater replaced. AMI Installers Robert and Eric were right on time ⏲️ for starting a full day project. They answered all my questions during and after the job was done. There were a number of duct work that had wrong dimensions and needed to be cut ✂️ to match. Robert was a expert at making the replacement parts work and fit properly.

Dylan Peltier replaced a smoke detector on a high ceiling on 12/30/2025.
He came immediately, was very personable and friendly, went right to work, gave me a quote for the work and completed it in 15 minutes. He cleaned up after installing the new smoke detector with a 10 year battery installed

Paul did an excellent job installing my new boiler and educating me on how it works. I recommend Air Mechanical for your HVAC needs!

Drew was very respectful of me and my home. He was diligent in explaining what my furnace needed, the information about becoming a member for discount and yearly free inspection, the future of my furnace.

Air Mechanical installed a new furnace for us several years ago and it went great. Today, Chris completed a general Fall ‘tune up’ and all was fantastic. Chris was super nice and very patient with my questions. Would recommend AMI and team for your furnace needs.

My furnace quit and Horuna Kellie was the tech that repaired it. All is working great. He was very nice and explained everything as he went along. Did lots of tests to make sure it was safe.

Dillon was very easy to visit with & seemed to know his job well. We needed our flame sensor cleaned. Which he found out right away. The $380 fee he charged seemed a bit much for the 45 minutes or so he was here though. Dan

Chris was very polite very efficient. He knew what he was talking about and he went right to the task. He’s got further investigation to do to see what the price might be on replacing you circulating pump but Chris was a very cordial and polite and we enjoyed talking with him

We had a hot water pipe burst during the recent cold spell. Going into the appointment, we feared the worst since the break occurred in a almost completely inaccessible part of our crawl space. Alec and team came in and were able to verify the location of the burst, and miraculously able to reach the area via our only crawl space access hatch. This led to a bill much lower than we feared, which was a huge sigh of relief.

We knew we had a slow bathtub drain which needed professional attention. Took advantage of the appointment to also do a cameral check of the main drain line out to the road. A good check up to make sure everything there was good, which it was. One more item completed on the preventive maintenance list. We have had excellent service from AMI hvac techs. Nates was right up there in demonstrating the quality of service we have come to expect from this company.

Diamond Dave came all the way out to Mound for a small but challenging ventilation project and took care of it with no problem. Cool guy with great stories, highly recommend 👍

Albert was awesome. Very quick but also very thorough. Explained everything he did very clearly. Price was $0 due to a previous mistake and he did my furnace service at the same time that was due but not scheduled. Great customer service. Thanks.

Caleb came and repaired my water softener and did a great job. He explained everything and is very polite. He definitely knows what he’s doing.

Albert was amazing! He was extremely thorough, honest and educational. We appreciated him teaching us about our geothermal unit as he was diagnosing the issue. He also found the issue in literally 30 seconds and was able to get it fixed without the need to replace what he initially thought would need replacing as it stopped working. He saved us a lot of money and was wonderful to work with. The company has been great since our first service call last year when we switched companies. Highly recommend using Air Mechanical. If you have geothermal, Albert or Matt are the geothermal experts to ask for!

Alec was very timely and professional. He answered all my questions. He even provided quotes for other jobs I need done in the future. The annual maintenance program is vey flexible to accommodate my needs.
