It is very important to me because I love it so much

I would recommend A-1 Appliance to anyone. We've called on two occasions to get a washer and a fridge fixed, got quick responses, and fast repairs. He seriously knows his appliances.

Our furnace was not blowing out hot air (the blower worked). I tried replacing the filter, made sure there were no blocks in the PVC pipe leading out of the house, but it still would not work. I left voicemails for about a dozen local companies on Saturday and A1 was one of only two people to call me back on Monday morning. The person I spoke to said they would be able to come out between 10 and Noon (it was about 9am when I fielded the call). The person who came out replaced the pressure switch, fixed a rattle in the back side of the furnace, and even put two more clips on the front door of the furnace so it would properly close again. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the promptness, level of information provided, and the efficiency of the problem being resolved. I know that if I ever need any appliances fixed or looked at, A-1 Appliance will be the company I rely on from now on.

I call Gerald at A-1 every time I have issues with appliances, furnace, or the AC in my house. Even have had him out to do tune ups as well. He's always able to come out right away, gives helpful tips on what to do in the mean time, and is amazingly fair and honest with all the repair work he has to do. He's given me great advice over the past 3 years that we've been using him, and he's earned my trust for any needs I have. Thanks!
