Matt has helped me with many jobs with installations and maintenance on my central air and furnace. He knows the industry and has the technical acumen and professionalism. Thanks Matt for all the assistance over the years

Matt knows his stuff! Super helpful and knowledgeable - we needed some help with an early 1900s boiler and he came out to test it, go over it with us, and answer questions. Will definitely use him again!

I had a much larger, more well known HVAC company come out and look at my boiler system when it failed. I was told that I needed a replacement system and that it would cost in the neighborhood of $10,000. I called Hastings Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and I am now a customer for life. He came out the next day and repaired and cleaned my system and assured me that I am not in need of a new system. In fact, I likely have 20 more years of use with this one. It's good to know that there are still good, honest, hard-working people out there. I highly recommend him.

If you are in the Hastings area don't go with the more well known HVAC company, rather you need to go with Hastings Heating and Cooling. The owner Matt is one of the best people I have worked with in the HVAC world. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fair. He recently replaced my AC unit and couldn't be happier. He was even willing to text me back and forth with a thermostat issue I was having. I can't recommend him enough especially when the competition is way overpriced and are more interested in pushing you to the highest sale as opposed to what is actually needed.

I called them to troubleshoot my furnace. The tech showed up and thought he was dealing with a chimney. I said it was the furnace. I explained what was happening VS what should be happening. He just looked at it with a flash light and said he was going to call someone for advice who was better at this stuff than him. Then he just got in his van and drove off. I called the company and asked if someone else was going to come out today.

I get a call back and she wanted to set up a time. Are you kidding me?
