I called for help and didn’t listen to him but I called back to say I did it and thanks for believing and he was very supportive 5/5

Aaron came out and was promptly on time and did what he said he would do. I would have no hesitation to call on him again if I needed plumbing services. Please feel free to call me if you have questions about our experience.

I've been working with Aaron for several years. He's worked on our rental properties and our own residence. Jobs have ranged from leaky traps and spigots to water heater replacements and water softener installs. He's always prompt and courteous and the work is always done well.

I had a garbage disposal removed from a sink. 1 spigot replaced from a utility sink and a leaky base (new wax ring) replaced for a toilet. All EXTREMELY SIMPLE things that had I the muscle to do I could have easily done myself. They charged $100 more than what I would have paid the other guys and the leaking base on the toilet (a simple wax ring installation!) was not done correctly causing the toilet to leak again and have to be RE-REPAIRED 2 months later!

Update: dropping one star. We had some trouble around getting the permit pulled and inspected. We should have been more diligent in making sure it was completed. In the run up to that, my wife had pointed out to Visionary that they cannot use regular Duct Tape on a dryer vent as it doesn't meet code - a foil-backed tape is required as she knows from her work. Aaron insisted to her that regular duck tape was correct and was required by the city. By the time we got the plumbing inspection set up, Aaron asked to come into the house so he could change it to foil-backed tape an hour before the inspection. Seems he knew the code all along.

I'm satisfied with the work Visionary recently did on my home. Aaron appears to be a skilled plumber and was responsive to our needs. He's likable and I trust him in my home. His bid appeared to be competitive with the other two firms we looked at so we went with him based on his availability being a bit better for us.
The reason I give three stars instead of five is because of pricing. I was surprised to find that they installed PEX instead of copper which is less costly and less labor intensive. The other two bids were stated copper but as neither copper nor PEX was listed on Aaron's bid and was not talked about during the walk through, I mistakenly assumed it was going to be copper based on it being in the ball park of the other bids. Had I known it was PEX up front, I wouldn't have hired them. The images on their website all show copper and I didn't think to ask though I know I talked about sweating the fittings. I don't think Aaron intended to be deceptive, just that he, like the rest of us, cuts costs where he can so long as the finished product is good. Bottom line - be as detailed as possible when working with any contractor. It will help avoid disappointment.

I called to request help and he hung up on me after I stated the company I work for. If he had a problem with my company the least he could do was say "I'm sorry, I don't work with that company." He is RUDE and has NO customer service.
