My review is with the estimate I received from Hal W. His customer service was exceptional, and was very open and honest about the repairs needed to complete the job. He wasn't pushy about the bid, and was informative of what he found in his inspection of the Chimney. I was expecting a costly partial rebuild and he found an alternative and a more cost effective solution to my problem.

Customer service and integrity is what I find most important in doing business and Hal and Chimney Doctors met those qualities and then some. I will update my review if/when the work has been completed, but my interactions with them have exceeded my expectations so far.

Ben was great! He came to put insulation into our fireplace flue and graciously let me ask him a ton of questions about electric fireplaces. We found out they sell and install them. He sent us the options, we researched and now Chimney Doctors will be installing an electric fireplace into our existing fireplace. Nothing but good things to say about Ben and Chimney Doctors. Ben has such a genuine positive energy about him and is extremely customer oriented. We really enjoyed our interactions with Ben and appreciate his fantastic customer service!

Chimney Doctors, and in particular Hal, were very prompt in responding to our request to clean and inspect chimneys at our new home. Hal provided a very thorough explanation of the current state of our wood burning chimneys and what needed to be done to bring them up to working order. Hal understood there is a lot to undertake with a new home and provided multiple options for us to consider with all of the other repairs we are looking to do before winter. Highly recommend reaching out to Hal if you are considering chimney work or maintenance!

Great service from the initial estimate, to working with their scheduler (she answered all our questions and stayed late one day to ensure we connected to get scheduled), to the team that came out and did the work. I felt like Jorge went above and beyond, making sure everything was done with care and put back as good or better than before. Couldn't tell where they patched the roof after the chimney removal without really looking closely! Great work overall and I'd highly recommend them for anyone needed similar work.

Estimator Trace was great to work with when he came out to my home. He was thorough in his explanation of problems he discovered when inspecting my chimney. Several photos were taken to help support his assessment. I asked several questions and it was apparent to me that he had the knowledge to back up his explanations.

Peter from Chimney Doctors came to inspect both of my chimney's and provide any recommendations for cleaning/repairs. He was on-time, very friendly, and very informative. As he performed the inspection, he walked me through step-by-step how the fire place was designed and what might be causing some of the issues we've noticed. He also took the time to explain what issues he was seeing and provided an explanation on why it was that way so I could make an informed decision on next steps alongside estimates using different scenarios I had requested. Would highly recommend!
