Oh my gosh, the floor really is perfect! These guys are really great to work with too. After being stood up by a competitor, I called for a quote in the morning & they were at my house that afternoon! Got the floor leveled less than a week later. We love it! Some contractors could take a lesson from these guys. They really are customer focused! I can't say enough good things about them.

I recently used Pour Perfect to do a pour over in my 1800 sf basement. Our floor was uneven from removing old tile, as well as having some underground plumbing work done. After sending an inquiry, they contacted me back right away. The took the time to meet me on site, explain their recommendations and layout their plan to ensure it met my expectations. Andrew and the guys at Pour Perfect were a pleasure to do business with! We have a newer home and the basement concrete floor was not near flat enough for LVP flooring to be installed. The guys poured our whole basement floor and took meticulous care working around basement finishes that were already in place. Our LVP flooring project turned out great thanks to Pour Perfect.

Cannot say enough about how responsive a d professional Pour Perfect was from start to finish (and with recommendations once the job was finished). In the midst of a really busy summer for the floor pouring business, Pour Perfect was the only company to return my call, and that within hours of leaving a message. They were out the next day to give me a quote and had the floor poured the following week. I was originally only looking to level the floor and then put vinyl planking over it, but it turned out so good, that I’ve decided to seal it and put throw rugs over it. Seriously great communication, response time, product/outcome, and service. Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional experience with Pour Perfect. Communication was fast and easy when getting a quote and scheduling an appointment. The work was done professionally and efficiently. But most importantly, we had a concern after the work was completed and Andrew, one of the owners, contacted me quickly by text to address my concern and even came over last minute during a blizzard to take a look and ensure everything was done properly (and it was - our concern turned out to be a non-issue). I worked with Andrew on a residential leveling job. We needed to level the floor for a bathroom that was to be tiled. He was very quick to come to the site and draw up a quote. He and his team were also able to come do the job just a few days later. The work was quick and impeccable, and the team was collaborative and professional. Would certainly work with Andrew again for any flooring projects in the future. Cannot recommend him and his team enough.

We are finishing the basement in our ~100 year old home, the concrete floor in which has a very high moisture content. So Pour Perfect came into my home to apply a moisture mitigation product followed by a floor leveling product. I worked with Steve, one of the co-owners, for months leading up to Pour Perfect actually working in my home, and he was extremely helpful as I worked to figure out all the necessary steps, including finding additional contractors for other steps of my project. Pour Perfect just wrapped up the project in my home this week, so it hasn't had much time to cure/set-up yet, but I am very pleased by the initial results.

Pour Perfect is a totally professional, responsive company that does great work! I can't say enough good things about them! I needed my second floor leveled, in order to install new bamboo flooring. Andrew came out the next day and looked it over, we discussed what he thought I needed done, answered all my questions and I had a quote that night! That is service you don't find anymore. They were able to start my project the next week and his team did a great job! The picture below shows the floor before the bamboo is installed. This is a company that will not disappoint! I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

In March 2021 I had the bamboo floor installed and the installer said this was some of the best work he has seen. The floor went in perfectly and I'm super happy with the results!

I needed part of my concrete floor leveled so I could install vinyl plank flooring. Raising the concrete wouldn't work well for my project. After getting 3 bids, I went with Andrew because I was convinced he would do a great job, and he was 1/3 the cost of one of his competitors. I was not disappointed. Andrew and his crew came within a week, showed up on-time, were professional, friendly and did a great job. Andrew came back the next day to feather in the edge for a smooth level finish.I would definitely recommend them. They do small projects like mine and huge projects.
