Our technician today was very professional, and was able to avoid an expensive part replacement by calling another technician and getting some advice that ensured that he was able to use our existing parts. I was very happy, and would definitely call White Bear Heating and Cooling again.

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced about a month ago. They were very informative and did an excellent job. I have used them for decades for my furnace and air-conditioning work. In addition, I just had my ductwork cleaned. Wow, who knew a house could be so dirty. I had heard horror stories about other companies leaving lots of dust everywhere after cleaning their ductwork. There is not a trace of dust anywhere. I had lots of questions about how things work and feel very informed now. They always make me feel like there are no dumb questions. A special shout out to Rick... he is the best and I hope he never retires!!!

Definitely a good and honest company which is hard to find these days! Richard was very good and very knowledgeable! He called out what was wrong even before opening up the furnace.
He didn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't need, just truthful! I Definitely recommend this company and their fair pricing!!

Knowledgeable and friendly service! Good value too. As a single woman I’m nervous at times when repair technicians are in my home, but never with White Bear Heating and Cooling. I like that they are local and family-owned!

I was told that a technician would be at my house between 9 and 11 am to clean and inspect my furnace. Tye was on time and when we went down to my mechanical room, we found that my hot water heater was leaking from a valve. Tye was able to tell me what part was defective so I was able to call a plumber and tell them what needed to be replaced. I appreciated Tye's help with this. He also answered my questions about furnace filters and maintance.
I will definitely recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling to my neighbors and family.

I would like to thank Rick at White Bear Heating and Cooling gave them a call to get a second opinion when another HVAC company told me my heat exchanger was cracked in my 13-year-old furnace and it needed to be replaced to the tune of $8,000 Rick came to my house checked heat exchanger saw nothing wrong with it fixed another component and the furnace has been working great ever since thanks again White Bear Heating and Cooling

Tye went above and beyond to help us fix the broken furnace. Turned out, the other company’s technician was a scambag too as he bent and twisted the limit switch to fit into our furnace. Tye from White Bear Heating and Cooling was very diligent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, giving honest advise and explaining how to prevent this issue in the future. Needless to say their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely keep this company in mind for the future reference

Outstanding. They installed our ac unit 2 years ago and on one the hottest weekends of this summer our ac went out. We called and within 1hr Tye had the fuse replaced and the ac was up and working. White Bear Heating and Cooling had done all of our heating and cooling and we would NOT have anyone else. After hours response was out standing and his courtesy appreciated. Thank you WBHC
