Best company I’ve worked with in long time

I have used Total Construction for some major electrical work. Quality staff and management. Job well done. Highly recommend.

Not reliable. I had to call 3x for a completed quote. To set up work - took 2 attempts to get a call back. Project delayed . I understood the rain delays. However, the workman had troubles with his car 2x. Little communications between the office and the workman. I asked for discount and received nothing.

Please refrain from using this company for any of your construction needs or rental needs. We had a lift rental in place for a week ahead of time and come the date of our project we arrived on site with no lift to be found. Called to see where it was and got, “Oh I thought that was for Friday”. I had emails to back up specific directions for date and dropoff instructions. Then, the company proceeds to tell us it will get down there at some point that day, just to call us at 1 o’clock to say something else arose and we won’t be getting a lift. I attempted to work things out and get a new date in place and they say it’s better if you look somewhere else. What kind of company does that, after all we’d been through. All I can say is stay away.
