Mitch was awesome! An absolute professional every step of the way. Communication was fantastic. Not only was he fast, he did a great job. We highly recommend him and his work.

Pool removal and fill-in: We hired Collyard Landscaping to remove a pool at our house. The project involved removing the pool, hauling away debris, and filling in the pool. We worked with Mitch, who was both personable and professional throughout the process and also did a great job. I appreciated that he took care to make sure all of the base fill was thoroughly compacted to help us avoid the sunken landscape that often comes several years after pool removal. I would recommend him to friends without hesitation. Thanks!

We were extremely pleased with Mitch’s workmanship on the removal of our pool. We had the opportunity to watch him work and were impressed with how he maneuvers his equipment. Mitch Collyard did a fantastic job removing our pool and leveling our yard! He’s professional, efficient and highly skilled with his heavy equipment. He completed the job in a just a few days.

What really impressed me was how quickly he fixed our gutter after accidentally nicking it while moving his excavator though a gnarly space between our house and an out building. He had a gutter repair business out to assess the damage and fix the problem within 2 days, no extra charge to us. He also showed great skill in his excavator by carefully placing large boulders next to the house to building a retaining wall.

Mitch is easy to talk to and work with. We’d highly recommend him to anyone interested in removing their pool or landscaping their yard.

Mitch removed our pool on July 29, 2019 and did a fantastic job. He is very skilled with his equipment, very knowledgeable about the removal process, and is detailed oriented from start to finish. We contracted the sod thru Mitch and were very pleased with the final look to our backyard. The old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to Mitch and his operation. He was not the cheapest bid, but he is worth every penny you spend for your pool removal. I highly recommend Mitch to anyone that is thinking about removing your pool. I had Mitch out to give me an estimate on removing my concrete swimming pool. My yard had very little access. He was able to work around the issue by removing a couple smaller trees. He was extremely professional and kept me updated through the whole process. I could not be more pleased!! He did an outstanding job and I would recommend him to anyone. And thanks again Mitch. Tom.

Awesome job! Mitch removed every scrap of our old barn for less than half of what another outfit quoted. He brought in some black dirt and left nothing but a smooth bed ready for seeding. Highly recommended.

We purchased a home Spring 2020. We discovered the siding of the house was buried. Originally we contacted Matt to remove the disastrous pool. Mitch was very professional and walked the entire yard to discuss the issue of excavating the house. We were amazed and delighted with Mitch and the crew he used for landscaping. They turned a disaster into a backyard escape that is now safe and beautiful. I would recommend Mitch to anyone for his skill and expertise. Can't wait to use the backyard this summer.

We had Mitch demolish a home (including excavating the foundation) and remove a old pool from the backyard. This was a pretty big job - involved working through neighbors' concerns, jumping through various hoops on permitting, and working around other contractors' equipment (tree removal).

Mitch did the entire job himself and was a highly skilled equipment operator. He brought the house down over the course of a week or so with no detrimental impact to the nearby neighbor homes that were only 10-15 feet away. He patiently answered questions about how he was approaching the job. He visited the site several times as the project scope changed a few times on our end.

The filling and grading of the remaining holes along with laying down erosion control was very well done as well.

We highly recommend Mitch for demolition and excavation and would not hesitate to hire him again.
