Other service: replace kitchen sink. Dave was great. On time, clear about price up front, and good quality work. Although he originally planned for a couple of hours work, the sink I bought didn't fit, so we figured out a solution where he would come back in the afternoon to install the new sink after I bought a different one. He did not charge extra for the added time to come back, and the final result was really nice in a non-standard situation.

I am really glad I called Dave to replace my water heater. He was one of 3 quotes I got. I found his prices were very reasonable. He was very responsive to my back and forth questions and the fact that he knew his stuff gave me confidence and took away some of my stress. He was on time, very professional, clean, friendly and reliable. An exceptional master plumber! He even gave me tips on how to maintain an adjourning basement bathroom that wasn't in use. He was also very kind in looking at my kitchen faucet, which was acting funky and in 2 mins, got it fixed and graciously didn't charge me for it. I'm really grateful to have found him. Five Stars! I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a really excellent plumber.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I received from Dave for three recent plumbing jobs, and I plan on calling him for any future projects. Dave was straightforward in his explanations, fair in his pricing, and always arrived on time. On top of that, he's also friendly and courteous!

I can’t possibly say enough good things about Dave and the company. We had a water pipe break and Dave was there to stop the leaking and plug specific valves. He’s so honest and brought it to our attention the piping in our kitchen, under the sink should be updated in which we said, please make the needed repairs. Wow, it’s now clutter free under the sink and knowing all the necessary repairs were made makes us extremely happy. Simply put, Dave ultimately gave us the best service, professionalism, knowledge and is genuinely a great human being. One doesn’t find many people like this anymore. Thank you again!

Dave provided great service yet again for several issues. He took the time to troubleshoot by contacting manufacturer to get replacement parts free for toilets which he installed years ago. He knew about lifetime warranty which was unexpected but much appreciated. He did some other jobs as well plus gave good advice on miscellaneous questions that I had. Always professional, always fair, always friendly - we only call Twin City Pipeworks for jobs big and small!

Dave has done work for me for several years. He’s skilled, professional, reputable and delivers high quality work. As before, Dave was quick to respond to my request and diagnosed and repaired my toilet leak. His service level is unparalleled. Highly recommend!

Dave replaced the innards of a water saver toilet from the 1980s that he said predates most of the old water saver toilets in existence. The toilet had never really flushed well, but in recent years didn’t work unless a pitcher of water was added to the bowl in order to facilitate flushing. A different plumber had tried to repair this toilet years back, but after an afternoon of attempting to make it work properly, gave up and left. Dave restored the toilet to perfect working order in approximately 5 minutes.
Then, Dave tackled repairing the gasket and valve which turns on water in the basement to the outside water faucet. It had been leaking and was unusable because it leaked profusely if the water supply was turned on. Dave made this repair quickly, replacing a section of pipe and the valve—and no more leaking. I have been able to use the outdoor faucet without water leaking all over my furnace room since Dave’s repair.
The four experiences I’ve had with Twin City Pipeworks have all been extremely positive. That’s why I continue to call Dave. He’s honest, hardworking and does a great job. Unlike some other plumbers, I’ve never had to call Dave back because his work failed immediately after he left the premises. The job has ALWAYS been done right the first time.

I had stubborn plug in my plumbing that would not clear with my usual methods. I contacted Dave, he arrived the next day. Early. He took a quick assessment of the situation and got right to work. The issue was fixed shortly after. Dave was friendly and a good guy to deal with. I would absolutely call him again with any plumbing issues.

After waking to the nightmare of a flooded basement, one of the first action steps was to find a plumber to repair the damaged spigot and pipes. I did a little online searching and ended up calling Dave at Twin City Pipeworks. And we were SO glad we did!

Dave was courteous and sympathetic on the phone, and we were easily able to schedule the appointment. Dave arrived on time and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem areas, and provided the quote for the repair. We thought the quote was reasonable. Dave did the work, and provided comments and answered questions along the way. He has a great sense of humor and solid work ethic, which was really welcomed by us as we were navigating the unfortunate situation.

Dave got the job done, and even the mitigation workers who came the following day commented on the quality of the plumbing work. We asked Dave about a couple of other plumbing-related potential issues, and he took the time to explain what those situations typically involved, and he didn’t try to talk us into having him do them. But we did ask for a quote range, which he provided.

If we decide to have more work done in the future, we will not hesitate to call Dave at Twin City Pipeworks!

Dave is fantastic. Easy to schedule, prompt service and great work! Dave even fixed a non-plumbing issue in our home because he's got many skills and he goes out of his way to be helpful! I give him our highest recommendation!

Had prep work performed for lawn sprinkler system installation. Work was done on time and professionally. Very up front and honest about costs and costs were in line with what I expected. Once project was completed, did a good job showing and talking me through what was done.

Excellent service. Pricing is reasonable. Flexible and educational without being condescending, as some service providers can be. He explained why things work the way they do and didn't try to up-sell. I had him come out to fix a leaking shower that I was sure to need a complete removal and replacement and he quickly found the true problem, fixed it and still had time to work on pesky toilet issues. He charged for that work reasonably and allowed me to avoid extra fees if I were to have those done separately.

When Dave repaired the bathroom sink p-trap that had corroded and begun leaking and replaced the flapper in the toilet, he was on time, efficient, informative, personable, and left the area clean. So, I hired him again to fix a leak that had developed down by the water meter. Again, he arrived early in the scheduled window and efficiently completed the job, including making some minor improvements to the situation while remaining within his price estimate.
I appreciate his system for estimating cost and scheduling appointments. He's been super responsive.

Dave repaired an outdoor faucet that had frozen and burst; it leaked into the house wall when turned on. Making the appointment online with Dave was convenient, the timely reminders were helpful as was his on-time arrival. Dave was personable; he provided helpful advice and he did m excellent job. Very satisfied repeat customer.
