We’ve had Richard out for several of our service needs such as AC tune ups, HVAC tune ups and adding duct work to our basement! He is always great, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Richard Ashton performed inspection maintenance on our water heater for back drafting and inspected flew ductwork from the basement to the roof. I found Richard to be extreemly knowledgeable in the work that he performed, answered all my questions satisfactorily. He was very responsive arrived on time. I would highly recommend Riverside HVAC services to all my friends and family!

Excellent all around. Richard was prompt with his scheduling and on-site visit for quote. The quote was right in line with my target pricing, too. Richard scheduled the work quickly and on a schedule that was good for us, too. The work was clean, efficient, and done on time. Richard was great to work with. I was doing a remediation project and Richard gave me a quick, fair quote on site to replace quite a bit of ductwork and do some duct cleaning. He worked directly with the remediation crew to time his removal before their remediation and then his install once they were done with their part. His communication was great, he showed up on time and worked diligently while he was on site. I work with a lot of contractors and will definitely be calling Richard again.
