Needed some home electrical work done, Jared and Top Line gave me a more than fair quote, and the work was done within two hours. Great service, would recommend

I first used Oscar at Topline Electric about two years ago when I was doing a small remodel inside my home and needed to put in new media equipment and several other electrical jobs within the home. Not only did he do such an excellent job with that larger project, but I have called him a couple of different times after that for smaller things around my house like GFI switches, putting lights in, moving equipment, etc., and he has always responded very quickly to my messages as well as doing excellent work when he was here. I trust him implicitly and cannot recommend him higher.

First time we used Top Line and so glad we did our research! Sam showed up precisely at prearranged 7 am appt. We had multiple outlets that required repair, plus a tricky overhead fan/light system that would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Also random flickering lights after a kitchen remodel. First, Sam first diagnosed and priced out options for us in a clear, concise fashion. He then repaired all our issues, and in a very timely manner to control our cost. He was professional, personable and I'd recommend Sam and Top Line with alot of enthusiasm!

I had Top-Line Electric out to install an EV charger, a load controller and meter, and to replace our main breaker panel. Jared, Bobby, and Nolan came out today and had the big job done in just over half a day. They were really good about getting everything just right, and cleaned up the site when they finished.

I hired Top Line Electric after reviewing several bids. I felt they were very fair in their quote for a new panel upgrade and Level Two outlet. Their bid was within the range of one and much less than the other. Eric was very knowledgeable on the amount of work required including what Dakota electric would need installed for the off peak rate on the car charger panel. The crew arrived promptly at 7am and was engaging and welcomed my questions. The work was carefully completed and all debris cleaned up. Well done by Jarred and Bobby. Working with Kerry in the office/scheduling was effortless and I was kept informed prior to the installation. Highly recommend Top Line!

Great experience start to finish! I had new outside lights installed, a timer installed and several outlets replaced. Sam was great at explaining everything he was doing. He cleaned up after himself and even broke down the boxes and put them in the recycling bin. He went above and beyond! I will definitely use them again.

Bobby and Sam were great to work with. I wanted to relocate a light switch and they did an excellent job. The price was reasonable for the work, and well worth it considering the communication and options they provided. Thank you for your work!

This is our second encounter with Jared, he was quick to install under counter lighting the first time and today find the problem with a sensor light In the laundry room. Polite and friendly. We will use the company again if ever needed.

Our heated floor in our 3 season porch stop working. Jared was able to install a new thermostat and now our porch is warm.😊the cat is so happy.

Jarrod was great in evaluating our issues. The only downside was for 20 min worth of actual work the price was a little steep. Also they didn’t offer any Military/Law Enforcement discount ..

**Update, 2/14/2025!! Erik reached out to me and said they do offer a Military/Law Enforcement discount, he applied it to my account and also gave me a referral for an insulation guy! Great customer service… Will definitely do business with his team again!

I called Top Line Electric to put in an EV charger for me. It was a big job because my electric panel was completely full and on the far side of my house from the garage. They replaced the panel and had to cut into ceilings to run charger wires. They also ran some flex-tube for me to run signal cables through, which is awesome. They did great work, stayed late to get everything operational the first day and came back out to re-run the main electrical feed so the smart charger could be smart. That was something they found only late that was needed and they came back out another day to make sure the job was done and done right (and there wasn't an upcharge for that). At the end, you'd never know the car charger wasn't there when the house was built.

They did great work, very professional all the way through, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Erik was responsive and patient while quoting our project and gave us many options to fit our budget. Our scope changed a few times and he was happy to adjust. The crew that completed the work were on time, friendly, clean and reviewed the whole project beforehand so there were no issues. Highly recommended!

Great job diagnosing the electrical issue with our fireplace. Price very fair and will definitely use again.

We have used Top Line Electric three times now, and they always do great work. We were having issues with old wiring, and Sam was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get everything fixed. Having a good employee like Sam will definitely make me choose Top Line Electric again for any future issues.

We wanted to bring our electrical system up to code and found a Top Line flyer in my door. We wanted to get a free quote and had Eric, the owner, come to take a look. We found him to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions we didn't think of and the quote was within our budget.
His electricians were very good with communicating and excellent in their work. All work was done timely and correctly. We have no hesitation in recommending Top Line electric to any future customers.

I have had Top Line Electric at the house for a couple of small electrical projects. They have given me options, talked through the advantages of each option and helped me make the best decision for my needs and budget. They complete the job quickly and clean up after themselves. Very happy with Top Line and I would recommend them.

Great to work with! They book a couple weeks out, but that was not an issue since we just needed some lighting fixed.
Was honest about what they can and can’t do. Added our dimmers quickly. He made the experience easy for us.

Erik and his team put in a 240v line for our home and did upgrades to our main and sub panels. They also changed out all our lower level can light trims from old incandescent to LED. They were friendly, professional, and communicative.

We've used Top Line Electric (TLE) for a few small jobs over the past few years. We have been very happy with their personal presentation, their professionalism, and their work. Late last year, we hired a paving contractor to heat our driveway. He used his own electrician, who was also very good; however, our 200 amp service proved inadequate to efficiently heat our driveway. We hired TLE to install 400 amp service, along with all the bells, whistles, and programming necessary to bring the heating system up to speed. It was a MASSIVE job! In addition to obtaining necessary hardware and supplies, TLE coordinated all services, including those of their own electricians, Dakota Electric, a plumber, and an underground boring company. Everyone and everything was onsite, on time, and properly equipped to perform their function. It was amazing! The work created a helluva mess, however, the job site was neat and clean at the end of each work day. TLE's electrician, Sam, took the lead in making all of this happen. Not only do I trust his work, I trust him with our home. That's hard to come by with retired law enforcement. We had no concerns leaving to run errands while Sam and his crew worked inside. Sam is a "big picture" guy and went the extra mile for us. That's just the way he, and everyone at TLE is. One last little, tidbit: TLE did this job nearly $15,000 cheaper than their competition. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

Eric and team came out on time - no windows of time which is greatly appreciated. They were professional and polite, did an assessment then offered options for getting the job done.
