Called late night as my thermostat was not working, he came out put a new thermostat In and made sure furnace was running properly as well, great service will use them again thank you

A 5:30, on a Saturday morning, I realized my boiler was not producing heat. I felt I had little chance of getting help on the weekend, much less any luck getting a person on the phone at 5:30 am. I was wrong.

I called, Dean Stark answered. Told me he would be at my house shortly to take care of it.That is exactly what happened. I also had a secondary issue with my fireplace that he resolved as well. I had heat in my house faster than I could write this review. I know of no other business owner that has that level of responsiveness.

Dean went above abs beyond to make a Texan feel welcome here in Minnesota. Impeccable service. If you have a hearing or air conditioning issue and do nit call him…you’ve made the wrong choice.

He has no equal in his line of work.

I highly recommend Stark heating and Air. Dean came in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and courteous, extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned up the work area and removed all parts. His prices were very reasonable. Excellent service

Dean came to install an emergency furnace replacement after it died on the weekend unexpectedly. He offered a great quote and had the job turned around and heat back in the house within a few hours. He and Brandon were polite, friendly and helpful with any questions we had and cleaned up the furnace room once they had finished. Very happy with the work that was done and will definitely work with Stark Heating and Air again!

Had our furnace go out and Dean came over very shortly after our initial call. Extremely appreciative of his help. Highly recommend.

Stark Heating & Air is always quick to respond to service issues and regulator maintenance questions. They arrive at scheduled times and complete their work efficiently.

Our furnace quit and given its age I called 4 HVAC installers for bids on a replacement. Dean was the ONLY one who took the time to determine what was wrong before making a bid. With his insight we could have gotten by with a new $250 board.
His bid on a new install was the lowest of all four so we chose that route. He was timely, professional, and conscientious. I'd highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a company with honesty and integrity this is it. We interviewed for furnace and ac replacement. This is the only company we interviewed that gave us fair options to choose with zero pressure. Dean is genuine and kind professional who excels in quality service. We are so happy with the service provided and highly recommend. We won’t use anyone else moving forward.

Duane came out to inspect and give our furnace a tune-up. He was very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer any questions I had while he worked and even gave some free advice on home renovations currently underway. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommended! Extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. More than prompt and efficient. Our air went out on a Monday - late afternoon before a holiday - was willing to respond on the holiday but we didn't think it was necessary. Had it fixed first thing the next business day and at that point we opted for a new one. In less than a week we had a quote, picked out new unit, it was ordered and it was installed and running. Awesome doesn't aptly describe the service!

Dean and the rest of Stark Heating has been amazing every time we have called and had them do anything for us! This time was a water heater, I didn’t even know they did them until I looked at Facebook. Thanks Dean for all you do!

Highly recommend Stark Heating and Air! Our AC was not working when we got home after a long weekend. I emailed the company late on a Sunday, and Dean had us up and running by 10:30 Monday morning! I couldn’t believe how quickly the repair was complete. We will absolutely be calling them again if needed!

Awesome quick response time and willing to take the time to explain what and why ibwas having issues. The guy that was suppose to come never showed up called here and he was here within about a half hour after the 1 phone call. Highly recommend amazing business.

Dean and his crew have helped us out on a couple different occasions. They were reasonably priced, proficient and polite. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Update: I had an issue with my AC unit (August 2024) and I sent Dean an email before 6am and to my surprise he responded before I was headed to work. He was able to squeeze me in that day and by the end, my AC was back on line and my wallet not destroyed.

This was my first time using Dean for a furnace check out and he was extremely professional and got the work done and a timely manner.

I moved to LP in January 2023; within two weeks my furnace wasn't working. I reached out on our community facebook page, and many recommended Dean. He stopped by the same day to get up and working before nightfall. Since, he has been by to repair a multitude of things.

Stark Heating and Air replied quickly and courteously to my inquiry about my gas fireplace that wasn't working properly.
After being told by a different company, that didn't even look at it yet, that I would need to replace my fireplace because "They only last so long", Stark Heating and Air came out, quickly diagnosed two problems, ordered parts, and repaired the issues. I am thrilled to be able to use my fireplace again! Great service and super nice people!

Dean was awesome! Came for a basic furnace check & clean. Ended up finding our Heat Exchanger went bad and was emitting higher levels of Co2! Thank goodness i called him before turning on the furnace.
He was quick, thorough and got the part in as soon as it came in. Highly recommend Stark Htg & AC.
