I could not recommend Mike enough. I hired him to replace a section of sewer and drains. He was so professional and nice. Even though it was a messy and complicated job he left the house clean when he left.

Trustworthy, responsible, high-quality, and punctual company, everything you could ask for in a plumber. Had them do work on a water heater and they were excellent.

I was looking (on Angie's list) for someone to install a hot water heater, as mine needed replacing. Trowbridge reached out to me (after hours) almost immediately. They provided an estimate for a good quality (Rheem) unit at about HALF the cost of the other estimate that I had. I would DEFINITELY recommend Trowbridge! P. S. Great service, quick call back and same day service. Wonderful communication. The initial pump failure was quickly fixed and a cracked pipe identified and also fixed. It brings peace of mind to find a responsive, quality plumber.

It's nice when a plumber backs up their work. Mike came out and replaced an outdoor faucet that froze last winter. He improved on the installation. He did not charge for his labor. He got it done quickly and stayed in great communication.

I live in Richfield so they travel throughout the cities where services are needed. had a near worst case scenario where the plumbing corroded underneath the house but luckily I didn't have to mess with the main sewer or dig to the road. They broke the concrete under my house and fixed the plumbing issues outstandingly.

Because they had to break the concrete where I eventually wanted a toilet they also installed a toilet for only a minor increase (when compared to original quotes I received) since they were already working in the same area.

They were extremely kind, transparent, and they noticed a couple things wrong with my other areas of plumbing (kitchen sink plumbing stability and furnace leak) and fixed those free of charge since they were there and were "minor" fixes.

I'm very happy with the amount I paid, service I received and the result of the project. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very fast call back and and great service. I can't believe how fast they replaced the water heater, and, very reasonable price. Have worked with them a few times over the years and will keep going back! I'm also really pleased to see him doing apprentice training, gives me hope that even after retirement there is a next generation trustworthy plumber coming up in the world.

What an awesome company. Eric stopped out today and did such solid troubleshooting on a leak concern I had and left with me what to watch for and when to actually be concerned. He went above and beyond and approached it intelligently and thoroughly.
Every experience with this company over the years have been rock solid...and all my dogs over the years have loved them.

We had a leaking water heater last friday and we were very happy with the response time from Mike. He gave us an estimate over the phone in the morning and was out that afternoon to install the new water heater. He actually had to change out the one he originally got for us due to size constraints where our water heater is located. They still got the job done that afternoon and we didn't have to worry about going through the weekend with no hot water. We will definitely use them again

They installed a sump pump with battery backup a little over a year ago. We were gone for the winter. When we returned it would only operate on the battery backup. We called Mike and he was out the same morning and replaced it under warranty. I'm very pleased with the attention and timeliness of the repair. Definitely recommend them.

Did an amazing job remodeling and moving lots of kitchen sinks and appliances on an older house!! Would highly recommend!! Easy to work with, timely, and professional!!

Mike had his team over in short order to analyze leak on external spigot and very next morning he came over. Hemade repair with no extra charge to provide upgraded components because he didn't like the original plumbing. Very nice to have someone perform work with high skills and integrity!

Mike and Eric are consummate professionals. I had called a couple other companies to replace the original waste and overflow in a 1956 home. One was “too busy” and the other’s price was astronomical. I called Mike and he came out and gave me a price. It was very reasonable and they were ready to work. The decision was easy. And they did a great job.

At a time when contractor estimates don't seem to mean much to people, the work we've had done was excellent and we were charged exactly what we were told we would be charged. We had a toilet installed and we had a water line run, and each time we had work by Trowbridge Plumbing the work was done effectively and in a timely way. A GREAT experience dealing with Mike!!! At 11 pm, on a Monday night, we had a system failure resulting in absolutely no water available! Because it was late, I texted Mike, and asked if he could contact me Tuesday morning. At 4:30 AM, he responded via text, that he would be here at 9 AM! In addition to being so very responsive, he also continued to communicate as he stopped to pick up necessary repair parts etc. Absolutely my go-to guy for plumbing needs!!!
