Simply Spotless did a great job for us, performing a move-out cleaning before the house was listed for sale. The house positively sparkled after Kathy was finished. Communication was easy with Kathy providing quick replies to my questions. We would hire Simply Spotless again in a heartbeat and recommend giving Kathy or Melissa a call.

I reached out to this company by phone to request a cleaning quote and answered their initial questions. I let them know I would follow up with an email to confirm and schedule a time for them to view the property. Despite sending another follow-up email, I never heard back from them. I understand companies can get busy, but even a quick response letting me know they were unable to help would have been appreciated.

hired to do a deep clean for moving into my new rental in watertown. she took 6 hours so charged extra, also demanded payment up front. when i finally got to my rental and started unpacking, the cupboards had crumbs yet, all the faucets in both bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned, stove wasn’t cleaned very well at all. only thing i found clean was the refrigerator and washer and dryer. my tub had scum yet, and the old stuck on grips shaped like fish on the bottom of my tub were still there and literally crumble off so could not have been scrubbed like she said. i found a cupboard full of koozies in the kitchen so that was not even checked. cupboard ledges in the kitchen and bathrooms were still full of dust. i was shocked. i contacted her about the situation and even send pictures but refused any type of refund. would not recommend !!!
