Long story short, Marcus, Tyler, Chris and Luke were all awesome! Very positive experience with Aquarius all the way through!

Furnace died middle of the night on Friday, coldest temps in 5+ years. Called emergency number and Marcus was out Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, it had to be red-tagged and shut down. Tyler was out shortly after to go through the different options available (we chose replacement) and found many ways to save us money. Priority was put on our install as we had no heat, and Chris, Luke and team were out right away Monday morning. They wrapped up Monday afternoon and we have heat! Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and were able to answer any questions asked. Would recommend Aquarius without hesitation!

Problems with softener and water osmosis system and Jon was very informative and helpful on getting our problems solved. His personality made him a wonderful person to talk to and gave me advice!! Jon worked quickly and cleaned everything up so nicely and actually explained everything he did to improve our 2 systems!!

First time using the company for a furnace tune-up I appreciate the fact they send you a photo of the service agent especially in these scan and crime filled times. Nick was very thorough in explaining everything and make it simple to understand. I liked that he had booties to put on and even emailed me a video and photos of what he did. I will recommend them in the future.

Ryan did an excellent job servicing our water softener. He gave us a “heads up” call 20 minutes before he arrived. He tested the water and the function of the softener to make sure it was operating properly. He left everything clean and orderly. Very friendly.

I found out that my existing HVAC unit was not working well. I decided to replace the old system entirely. I met with five different companies, Aquarius was the second one. I had to do my due diligence. The Aquarius salesperson that came to the house was flexible with my schedule. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He clearly showed me all of my options, and did not try to upsell me.
The home office contacted me to follow up if I had any further questions. Katie, was my contact person. She was always pleasant, patient when answering all of my questions. She was prompt when responding if I had to leave a message. The service center really made me feel that it was more than just installing a unit, I was going to be able to have this level of service going forward. I was very impressed with the level of support.
The day of the install arrived. It was raining. I called the office to see if they would have to reschedule due to the weather. Katie told me no everything would go smoothly. She was right!
Shortly thereafter, Chris and Lucas arrived with Matt, the electrician. They were friendly and prompt. I have an upstairs unit with cream carpet on the second level and the stairs. Everyone was so respectful of my home and the cleanliness of my home. After the work was done, Chris walked me through everything. He even let me take a video so I wouldn’t forget anything! He stressed that I could just call I could talk with him directly. WOW! Excellent customer service! I will be replacing my water softener and heater soon and I WILL be using Aquarius!!!

Josiah was a wonderful representative of your company. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The communication process was also A++. Very customer oriented. Thank you for setting the bar high! I requested a furnace tune-up from Aquarius. The technician Jon was unbelievably thorough. My furnace is older but the house is new to me so I felt it was important to get a professional in to take a look. I recieved an extensive understandable report with recommendations and prices for optional preventative work. I felt the information was completely reliable and would not hesitate to recommend Jon.

Joe Imholte was professional and knowledgeable. Took care of the maintenance on my drinking water filter and did the maintenance on my water treatment equipment. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I love the peace of mind that my equipment is maintained by professionals and I don’t have to worry about it. Noah did a great job today on his service call to our house. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions I had and was good at explaining what the plan will be moving forward!

Concerning the electrical upgrade of our older home, the AHS electricians Dave and Luke were knowledgeable, courteous, down to earth and focusing on my goals, from the time of job assessment and quote to the installation of the final part. There was no cutting corners with cheap parts or hurried labor, and they always took the time to answer my many questions. They took care of me like I was family. Thanks Aquarius for a job well done.

Had a phenomenal experience with the furnace evaluation service provided by Dylan Hines!!!
Arrived at time scheduled and was over the top customer service!!!
Was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to answer questions and explain the furnace evaluation.
I had to leave the house for another appointment before Dylan completed the evaluation and when I returned home, Dylan had taken the time to explain the evaluation to my wife.
She was beyond impressed, my wife does not like having to take care of house maintenance items.
Could not have had a better experience!!!

Had a great experience with the Aquarius crew as they replaced my furnace and air conditioning system. David and Jeff and the whole crew were professional and courteous throughout the day, and their work was efficient and thorough. They were conscientious of my home as they moved in and out with equipment and tools -- no small feat given all the snow outside, and certainly extra trouble taken by them! Their post-work clean-up was impeccable -- the truly left no sign of having been here other than the new equipment. And the final walk through by David was really well-done. Top-notch from start to finish -- thank you!

Peiroles was our tech and he did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his tasks and he was very good at explaining each step in his work. I will certainly ask for him the next time I need plumbing work done.

Wow!!! Nick was so professional, informative, and detailed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked thoroughly! I felt at ease knowing our furnace was repaired properly. I highly recommend Aquarius to anyone needing repairs. They delivered high quality service!

Ben from Aquarius did an excellent job today with our water softener. I’m sure he entered our home thinking it was going to be an easy job but there were more problems that he encountered. He was so patient and considerate and educated us about how system. Great work!!

About 3 years ago, Aquarius replaced our old water softener. We were very pleased with all aspects of their service, from clearly explaining the different options and pricing to the installation of the new water softener and removal of the old water softener. When it came time for us to look at replacing our old water heater, it was a no brainer. We called Aquarius. Eric talked us through our options and the pricing. The new water heater was installed that same day! Who does that? Aquarius does!! You can’t go wrong calling Aquarius! The team at Aquarius rocks!

We recently worked with several different technicians from Aquarius and can't say enough good things about all of them. Max was extremely helpful and communicative assisting with a drain and sewer line repair. Andrew did a phenomenal job installing our new RO water system. Josiah came out last minute and helped repair a plumbing issue under our kitchen sink. All were very professional and knowledgeable and we felt confident in their ability to help with our issues.

Wouldn't hesitate to reach out to any of them with future needs and really appreciate all of the help.

So glad we're on the plan for regular maintenance. Alex did a great job and explained everything well. Happy to have Aquarius as our water softener and drinking water technician. The well water in Ham Lake isn't the greatest, but I lave our water now. Thank you!

Aquarius service is by far the best!
Always quick to fix any issues! Serice Tech- Art, was very polite, friendly and very much went above and beyond his job performance today. We had a water softner hiccup!!! Needed to send plumber for water heater, minor issue but Art was on it right away, they will be out shortly for that too!

Cole Kahut came to my home in Woodbury to service my water softener and drinking water system. He was insightful, thorough, and took the time to explain what was happening and walk me through every detail.

I rarely leave reviews, but Cole was genuinely one of the best technicians I’ve ever had in my home—professional, honest, and highly skilled. He’s a great employee and a real asset to Aquarius.

Scheduling was smooth, and customer service was excellent overall. Highly recommend working with them.
