I've worked with Wayne and his companies for 5 years - always impressed and happy with every person involved. Matt is considerate and honest. Office Manager is always helpful. And Wayne is very responsive and doesn't pass me off to someone else; just takes care of it.

My outdoor AC unit wouldn't turn on. Furnace Doctors was able to schedule an appointment quickly the next day. Matt identified the issue - a rodent had died in my AC and chewed on several wires. He quickly patched things up and got everything working again. I have a +15 year AC unit and asked questions about getting a new one. Matt was very helpful in answering my questions. If I decide to get a new unit, I would like to work through Furnace Doctors.

Wayne made scheduling the appointment easy which I really appreciated. Matt A was one of the best technicians I’ve had from any service. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent customer service isn’t dead.

We have had a long history with Furnace Doctors. Many years ago, Wayne and his team installed our furnace, water heater, humidifier, and air conditioner. We also purchased continuing maintenance service from them. For the past few years, Matt and/or Jeremy have come to our home in late spring to perform maintenance service on our air conditioner and in the fall to service our furnace. Each of them are knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Furnace Doctors to others!

The service tech that came to my house was professional, kind, and helpful. He explained to me what was causing my finance not to heat up, and even helped me decide the best financial move regarding his visit. I asked extra questions about what it would be like to upgrade and add AC, he was happy to explain to me and give a ballpark cost.

All-in-all, a great experience having a tune-up from Furnace Doctors!

My AC unit went out and Furnace Doctors were able to come out within 48 hours to quote me on a replacement. I ended up replacing both the AC and furnace all together. They were able to it the very next day! Very professional and quality work. I would recommended these guys in a heartbeat and will work with them again. Thank you!

Furnace broke in the middle of the night on Saturday 1/31/16 and they had someone out by 10am that day (which was a weekend and NYE). They even waived the $99 appointment fee which is unheard of on a weekend. The issue was fixed before 10:30 on Tuesday (earliest we could get the part due to the holiday). The service was great and informative. I worked with Wayne and Matt and I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, friendly, timely and transparent. We have used them several times for routine maintenance and they (Matt) just installed our new furnace. Overall great to work with!

Our blower stopped operating, leaving us with no AC. I called Furnace Doctors in the late afternoon and they were able to have Matt out at 8am the next morning. Matt diagnosed the root problem (blower motor speed control) and provided three options to resolve the problem, explaining the cost, timing and benefits of each approach. He was able to shift his work around that day and resolve our problem less than 24 hours after Furnace Doctors was contacted.

Furnace Doctors has been my go to business for furnace and AC maintenance and repair. They are always professional and willing to explain the work that they do. I have never thought that they were attempting to up charge or do unnecessary work. I find them to be a trustworthy, cost-competitive business.

When I called a week ago, a real person answered who knew billing procedures, etc and was able to schedule an emergency appt. for the next day. I had a toilet running and I tried everything I could think of, including closing the toilet shut off valve, with no success. Matt A. arrived on time, assessed the issue and simply replaced the valve. Also adjusted the assembly in the tank to ensure that was not a problem in the future at no charge. Perfect. Now I wish I'd had him check a couple other minor plumbing nuisances.

I really liked his relaxed professional communication style, the fact he respected my home and put covers on his shoes first, trustworthy and didn't add unnecessary "upgrades" as happened with Benjamin Franklin a few years ago ($700, I was such a sucker). I'm cancelling my service contract with another good air and heating company because I've never had air or heating problems and AAA Wicks was great, does air, heating AND plumbing.

In the past we've used other vendors for this service, but not since we found Furnace Doctors. All of the adjectives are appropriate: good quality, good value, professional, on time. Plus Matt has a terrific personality and is always upbeat.

Wonderful experience each time Furnace-doctors come to our home. Today was a tune up of the furnace. Jimmy did a great job.

Matt Anderson took our call first thing Thursday morning and was out to our home shortly there after. He found the problem with our furnace, provided us with the cost to repair along with replacement cost of the furnace in case we chose to go that route, including payment options and financing. We chose to have it repaired so he picked up the part and had it installed just a few hours later. We paid what he quoted us, not a penny more. Matt was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. We definitely recommend AAA Wicks and Matt and will call on them again. Thanks for the quick service, we now have heat on this very cold day!

Had furnace doctors out in December when my main board died and I decided to call them out for a broken ac. They got out super fast (literally within a few hours) and got it up and running quickly. They replaced the broken part, tested other parts on the ac and checked refrigerant levels. While I could of replaced the part myself was great they were able to get out so fast and had the part on hand right before the 4th July. Saved me waiting and kept my wife happy and cool. Definitely recommend them.

Matt was amazing! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was working on, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Great guy!!! Highly recommend them!

Matt was very professional, helpful, and timely; he did our tune up as hired well. He also helped us more by discovering the reason for a recent power cycle. We didn't even think about the air conditioner; he consulted with us on his find and repaired it upon our request immediately. Great work Matt!

Matt was on time and was extremely informative about the home and its ductwork as well as the furnace we are planning to replace. He gave us pointers and was extremely reasonable and honest with the service he would provide. It was a pleasure working with him.

Matt is a knowledgeable, efficient, professional. Willingly answers questions and goes out of his way to do

Had a relay switch going bad on a boiler. Service Tech Matt was at our house within about an hour of calling at 7am on a Monday morning and able to get it temporarily running again while sourcing a hard-to-find part quickly. Super friendly and informative about the issue and potential fixes.
